Lovely eatery with a wonderful view of the town's main square with its magnificent cathedral. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Place is managed by its owner Sandra, a very sweet and accommodating host who does her extreme best for her patrons. The menu is no less tantalising and reasinably priced and the food exquisite and a real treat. Highly recommended.

Very friendly owners and amazing food. The ingredients used are fresh and the dishes are a taste sensation. we had the special salad (blue berries, peach, gorgonzola, wall nuts and salad) the platter and their pasta sapuritu (almonds, sundried tomato, capers,mint) this pasta dish was truly heaven on a plate.

Excellent place to grab a nice snack and drink on their outdoor terrace or a relaxed meal in their indoor restaurant. Service is great and the food and wine excellent. We had the leg of lamb special the first night and the grilled meat plate for two the second night. Both were superb! The wine was also excellent!

A lovely lunchtime experience for the 4 of us. We enjoyed good portions of fresh pasta and salads. I especially enjoyed the sicilian salad with the escalope pasta.
The waitress was also friendly and helpful and the view from our table of the square and basilica made it even better.

Great fresh sea bream cooked perfectly with elegant sauce. Fresh prawns again cooked just right. Fresh light glass of Sicilian white wine. Lady serving us was helpful and friendly. We ate inside as it was hot then had coffee overlooking the piazza. They also sell fresh meat, sausages etc.

We loved meeting Sandra, the ci-owner of this establishment. She was so friendly and generous! We ate lunch across the street on a table under the arches of the municipal building. So wonderful! We had a charcuterie board, fried baccalà, and something else that was so delicious but I can’t even remember what it was! We discovered Messina beer here. Delish. We wish our meal could have lasted forever. Delicious!!

We loved this place. The bollito reminded me when I was a child and my mum used to make it for me. The pappardelle were also great. Ratio quality over price is great. Thanks.

Disponibilità dei tavoli sia all'aperto all'esterno del locale che al chiuso in una saletta a parte.
Noi abbiamo preferito sederci all'interno.
Prima ordinazione un antipasto misto della casa per due, ma che anche diviso in tre ci ha completamente soddisfatto. Mangiare casereccio a base di salami, formaggio, ricotta, frittata, olive condite, parmigiana, caponata e pomodori secchi. Buonissimo e consigliatissimo.
A seguire una grigliata mista di carne per due (divisa sempre in 3) che c'è stata servita sulla pietra lavica nera nella quale è stata cucinata, fumante, e ancora in cottura mentre la gustavamo.
La carne a Palazzolo, per me, è la migliore che si trova nella provincia di Siracusa, ma questa grigliata (costolette di maiale, polpette di carne di cavallo, salsicce e altri tipi di carne) ha superato le nostre aspettative.
Una grigliata da 10 e lode..
Per concludere il caffè.
Il servizio curato personalmente dalla titolare è stato impeccable.
Il conto, incluse le bevande è stato di 66 euro (il caffè ci è stato offerto dai titolari).
Per me un eccellente rapporto qualità- prezzo.

Nella bella Palazzolo Acreide, patrimonio dell’umanità, fra la Basilica di San Sebastiano e la centrale Piazza principale si trova questo simpatico localino.
Sandra, la padrona di casa, persona gentile, affabile e professionale, ci accoglie nel migliore dei modi.
Nelle prossimità anche la trattoria sempre da loro gestita.
Prendiamo diversi primi ed una grigliata di carne.
Tutto ben eseguito, e carne di ottima qualità.
Nell’ insieme un ottima esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Conosciuto grazie a Franco il custode delle due bellissime Chiese di San Paolo e la Chiesa Madre. Dopo le interessanti spiegazioni, ci ha proposto di rimanere a mangiare a Palazzolo e così abbiamo mangiato formaggio e salame piccante, i ravioli al sugo di maiale e il coniglio, la caponata.... Slurp, slurp, bravissimi Rosanna e il marito...

Per la seconda volta abbiamo pranzato qui..il pizzolo a pranzo è il top se poi è buono ancora meglio...mio marito questa volta ha preso la pasta al sugo con la carne..a suo dire ottima...

Che dire, qualità, quantità e cordialità!! Chi è in zona e vuole mangiare siciliano come si deve... DEVE passare di qua. Nota speciale per la pasta Palazzolese e il tagliere.

Prima volta in Sicilia e apro le danze con una cena post viaggio da Sapuritu… colpiti subito dai tavolini in piazza. Ambiente accogliente, freschetto rigenerante e porzioni abbondanti😅 Grazie per l’accoglienza, consigliatissimo👍🏻
