staff are nice room was clean, service is very reasonable.

i was extremely tired after delayed flight, they offered me early check in and a bit late check out(around noon)

a small hotel but service is something else, location was good especially when coming for operas for the summer.

reception staffs are nice and got hospitality

no reason not to choose. will be here for next visiting.this deserves the name of the city, verona.

I had a very lovely stay here when I just visited Verona. The staff were exceptionally friendly. When I checked, a staffmember gave me a map of the city and pointed out some of the must see sites, along with the best ways to reach them.

The room was also extremely modern and clean with an extremely modern bathroom. The shower was a little on the smaller side, but otherwise it was a very lovely room for a very reasonable price.

The breakfast was well-equipped with many options, including plenty of fresh fruit, which I was more than happy to sample.

In addition to all of this, the location of the hotel is extremely ideal for anyone staying only a short time in Verona, since it is about halfway between the railway station and historical city city (about 10-15 minutes by foot to each).

Wonderful location & room. Spacious, balcony overlooking the Main Street. Easy to access Verona key spots. Breakfast was great! Super clean. 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely location in Verona, friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable rooms. I left some items in the hotel room after leaving in a rush and they even sent me the items back to the UK. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Nice size very clean room, bathroom with rainfall shower. Good selection at breakfast. Only slight downside is no parking but the location just ouside the city walls is very good. Two restaurants right nextdoor.

It is hotel of 3 starts! But for their hospitality should be 5 stars!! Very polite staff, clean and organizaed. Our room had balcony which possible to enjoy the view of verona! And also the breakfast have to give 5 stars!

A very cozy and comfortable hotel a stone's throw from the Arena di Verona. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean and modern.

My wife and I stayed here for a night to visit Verona. The service here is above exceptional, speaking both Italian and English. The rooms are of a high quality, the beds are big and comfy, the bathrooms are amazing with the water nice and hot, there is even an area with a desk for working and another where there is a table and mirror for you to get ready. When you step out onto the generously sized balcony you are given probably one of the best views of the city, backed by the mountains, amazing to watch the sunset. You are also literally a 3 minute walk straight to the arena. It is incredible value for money, what you get is worth way more than you pay. We stayed at a few other hotels in the area which were over double the price and were nowhere near as good as this.

Thank you for your help and support for Ukrainians. When we escaped Ukraine, the receptionist made for our family discount, and after silent night in a beautiful and very clean apartment, they also didn't take money for the parking of our car.

Clean and well maintained. Great friendly and helpful staff. Nice view and also great location with a good price. The breakfast was simple and perfect. Flexible with check in and check out. Lots of restaurants and attractions around.

Fabulous hotel - just out of the hub. Staff are friendly & welcoming @ all levels - clearly people are happy to work here.
Lovely rooms, offering an acceptable comfort! We had a good nights sleep. Wonderful shower in the morning in a spacious & attractive rain shower.
The breakfast is as good as it gets in Italy. If we visit again, we know where to stay!

I don't know how this is only a 3 star hotel. It's the nicest 3 star I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in about eight so far. Breakfast buffet, apartment upgrades, 24hr service, and just 15 minutes walk from both the Verona Porto Nuova station and 5 minutes walk to the historic downtown. The rooms are modern, chic, and extremely clean. The staff gave me an upgrade upon checking in without me even asking and they were happy to give me a written notice it was the same price as my original room. Now that's service.

Super friendly reception! The room is modern and very clean. No noise. The hotel is located 5 min from the city center and 15 min from the train station. Excellent location!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We were spending one night in Verona, and Hotel Verona had a great location at a very reasonable price. The hotel has a very modern interior design that makes the whole place feel clean and fresh; the wifi is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful (especially for us bumbling Americans). The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Normally, you expect a bowl of cereal, some toast, and some juice for a hotel complimentary breakfast, but if I listed all of Hotel Verona's options, this review would be pages long. Great experience! I definitely recommend!

This is a great hotel in the middle of the center city. The staff was very accommodating. I wanted extra pillows. The rooms were clean.

Located a mere 50 m from the old city gates. Very friendly and helpful staff. Smoothless check in and out. All requirements stated when booking kept. Parking suitable for up to a mid sized vehicle. Fantastic coffee served. Rooms clean and spacious. Very quiet at night.

We stayed on the fifth floor with a beautiful view overlooking the city. We're only a five minute walk to the Piazza Bra (plaza or downtown area). Rooms are small, but give a good taste of modern Italian culture.

Great small hotel, very modern and clean. Feels very new. Located a 10 min walk from the train station and just 5 min to the main historical area. Good breakfast. Overall, highly recommended.
