I don't know how they do it for the price. They have the price/quality ratio absolutely right. Don't expect handmade pasta, but do expect solid regional cooking and high quality meat. Ignore the free wine and spend €8 on a bottle of rosso piceno superiore, it's excellent. A good selection of desserts finished off a really good meal.
Our only negative was the harsh canteen style lighting.
The Roma just jumped to near the top of our favourite restaurants' list.

Food is absolutely outstanding and extracheap. Wine is not the best but it is free with the meal so I can't complain at all :)

Esperienza unica.
Locale con fascinò d’altri tempi, e proprio per questo ricco di fascino e bellezza.
Cucina casalinga, con piatti tradizionali tipici marchigiani senza tanti fronzoli.
Ho pranzato con la mia famiglia e sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto di tutto dalle olive ascolane/cremini, vincisgrassi, agnello, coratella… tutto eccezionale
Il personale è alla mano e informale.
Sicuramente consiglio il ristorante Roma, per chi vuole con un tuffo nel passato assaporare la tipica cucina marchigina

Una piacevole sorpresa! Servizio veloce, personale gentile e attento, ambiente curato.
Ma il vero punto di forza é la cucina. Piatti gustosi, abbondanti e genuini. Mi hanno riportato alla mia infanzia quando andavo a pranzo dai nonni e i cibi erano curati e avevano quel qualcosa di casalingo ma arricchito da un'esperienza antica.
Ci tornerò sicuramente per provare altri piatti e ci porterò anche le mie figlie.
Non pensavo esistessero ancora ristoranti così. Non cambiate!
