Osteria Concreta

What a nice discovery. This place is run by a couple. He is the chef and she runs the room. We had a delicious dinner. The pasta is home made and delicious. You should try the spada: super nice cooked, juicy and what a taste! We didn’t have the signature dolce, panna cotta in an egg, but the dolci we had were super.

Attention food lovers! There’s a new up and coming restaurant in town and it is now officially one of my favorites! Since I’m all about fantastic food and even better service, this place had both and then some! If there was a 6 star rating.. I would not hesitate to give just that!
Cudos to the chef who not only made amazing food but also took his time to come out and chat with us!
Our waitress and host.. might be one of the nicest woman I’ve ever met! So nice, helpful and just truly sweet!

One of the highlights of our trip to Piemonte. Excellent food, wine and service. Great atmosphere and bar. The menu was great and of course contained the area's traditional dishes as well as some others. All the dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. Amazing desserts as well and the chef even came out a couple times to chat. Perfect dining experience, and very fair prices.

Superb food, inventive, fresh and so tasty. The best ravioli I’ve ever tasted :). (pasta freshly made by the chef).
Great wine list of local wines. The host was so friendly and attentive. We hope to visit again!

We have had a house in Piedmont for the last 16 years and have visited many restaurants in the region in that time.
Osteria Concreta is a relatively new business and today was our first visit to it.
What a find !
First class service and exceptional food.
New interpretations of classic recipes.

The best ravioli you will ever eat - their ravioli del plin is just out of this world! Truly amazing! Generally exceptionally good food and fantastic service. We have already been there twice during our 11-day stay in the area and cannot guarantee that there won’t be a third time 🤩

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I really recommend this place, it's some of the best food I have ever eaten and for a very reasonable price. You can tell these people are really passionate about good food. Good ingredients, playful, creative recipes and just amazing flavour. There is a tasting menu as well as a la carte. Wonderful fish dishes as well, and some great vegetarian options. The panna cotta egg dessert was incredible. Thank you so much, if we are ever in the region we will for sure visit again!

Abbiamo pranzato oggi qui presso l’osteria Concreta un locale intimo e curato..
Ad una cucina di alta qualità, eseguita con maestria dallo chef, premura e servizio professionale cordiale completano la nostra esperienza.
Menzione particolare per lo stinco di agnello che resta impresso nella mente e tra i dessert “È nata la panna cotta” non vi svelo nulla ma vale la pena provarla.
Prodotti del territorio e proposte anche di pesce.
Torneremo sicuramente al più presto.

Il locale è elegante e curato in ogni dettaglio.
L'altissimo livello della cucina dello chef Andrea Ferrucci è egregiamente presentato in sala dal servizio attento e cordiale di Nije.

Da provare assolutamente la Panna cotta dello chef, eccezionale!

Prima volta in questo ristorante osteria..e.. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare 🥰
Un ambiente curato, intimo e personale cordiale, sorridente e preparato fanno da contorno ai veri protagonisti della nostra cena.. Piatti curati nei dettagli che abbracciano la tradizione strizzando l'occhio all'innovazione. Degno di nota il loro vitello tonnato (cottura eccelsa) e il risotto al Castelmagno con polvere di porcini.. Un'esplosione di sapori. Molto apprezzato l'antipasto con arasparagi tenerissimi su crema di Grana e cipolla rossa in agrodolce con semi di zucca. Gustosa e da anche la proposta di pesce. Il tutto accompagnato da buon vino, e ovviamente non possono mancare dei dessert gustosi per concludere in dolcezza.
Ritorneremo.

Arte e cibo, un connubio multisensoriale.

Un' osteria concreta di nome e di fatto, infatti i piatti rappresentano concretamente il pensiero e la personalità creativa dello chef Andrea Ferrucci. Pochi ingredienti ma valorizzati al massimo, presentati sempre con un pensiero artistico. Per completare la cena ci ha presentato il suo uovo panna cotta, un vero gioiello.
In sala, invece, Mié è stata molto attenta alle nostre richieste e ci ha fatto sentire a casa.
Sono stati una bella scoperta!

Unfassbar gut. Sehr sehr leckere Küche. Unbedingt die Nachspeise / Panna Cotta probieren. Aber auch die Pasta und Antipasti waren sehr gut. Die Besitzerin ist super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Jederzeit wieder!

Il locale é pulito e raffinato, gestito da una coppia molto gentile e carina! Il cibo è buono e il prezzo onestissimo!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente 🤗

Splendido locale, cucina raffinata e sorprendente. Siamo stati accolti con calore in un ambiente rilassante e familiare. Spettacolare la trota marinata, gustosissimo il risotto al castelmagno e superlativo il dolce alla mandorla. Consigliatissimo

Das Essen im Restaurant Osteria Concreta in Diano (Alba) war einfach hervorragend. Die Speisen waren frisch zubereitet und regional, mit hochwertigen Zutaten und in einer kreativen Art und Weise präsentiert. Die Aromen waren perfekt ausbalanciert und jeder Bissen war ein Genuss.

Der Service war ebenfalls erstklassig. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und gut informiert über die Speisekarte und sehr gut organisiert. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war gemütlich, stilvoll eingerichtet und einladend.

Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant Osteria Concreta nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das wir nicht so schnell vergessen werde. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, bald wieder dort zu speisen.

Andrea e Nia sono una squadra eccezionale sotto tutti gli aspetti; cibo con materie prime di qualità abbinate alla creatività con gusto! Nia e una oste fantastica sempre gentile e sorridente ( come anche il super Chef Andrea). Questo posto è davvero Super e lo consiglio agli amanti di una cucina buona, raffinata, e genuina, in un ambiente accogliente e rilassante!

Absolute aanrader. Geweldig eten, van voorgerecht tot vis & vegetarisch hoofdgerechten en het panna cotta ei als kers op de taart. Met heerlijke lokale wijnen en hele goede service!
