Gallia Palace Hotel

This is a Relais & Chateau, and the staff is as responsive as this expects, particularly Cinzia & Francesca. Rooms are nice if a bit dated. Pool area is good. Spa has a whirlpool, jacuzzi, and wet & dry saunas available on request but monitored to ensure they’re not too busy.

Dining was excellent. I am celiac/gluten-free and staff ensured I was kept safe.

Beach facility is a short shuttle ride (on request) from the hotel. All is nicely laid out and ready. It was a bit reduced by the lateness in the season.

Spa is excellent. We enjoyed a massage and other services. We would do this again.

Amazing hotel. The breakfast every morning was the highlight of my day. The beach club and sea are divine. The Pagoda restaurant has great pizza. You can charge everything to your room. Rooms were very very clean and attended to promptly every day. It's a great escape from society. The only bad things I can say are there are so many mosquitos in that region, and there is no taxi service there. The driver they use is rather expensive. We will definitely be going back here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Gallia Palace Hotel and would definitely return. From the moment we entered the hotel, to the moment we left, Ginevra and her whole team were outstanding; in the hotel and at the beach club. They were friendly, attentive and the service was outstanding - the front of house team, the back of house team and everything in between. The hotel, and all the facilities were spotlessly clean, and the food in the restaurants was excellent, presented well and tasted delicious. Thank you Ginevra, and the whole team, for a very special and memorable stay.

Indulging in a luxurious stay at this exceptional 5-star hotel was an experience beyond compare. Not only were my expectations surpassed, but the impeccable service and attention to detail made every moment memorable. As an added bonus, I had the pleasure of receiving a masterful haircut from a true artisan, Luciano, adding an extra touch of sophistication to my visit.

Stay was amazing! Staff were falling over themselves to provide anything and everything. Beautiful lobby, lounge and bar areas. Room was very comfortable, with a great view of the pool and lawn from the balcony. Highly recommend!

Inviting hotel in a quiet part of coast. Just short walk from the sandy beach. Room was spacious, lovely designed with nostalgic photographs around. The food was also good and personnel very attentive. Also spoke good English.

Punta ala nice gorgeous gallia palace hotel is a great feel ,although we visited while renovations were being made .
nice rooms very nice private beach pool was only heated certain hours of the day and the food was very good as well.

Meilleur hôtel de Punta Ala!
Nous avons adoré notre expérience dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est aux petits soins, les infrastructures sont magnifiques, l’accès à la plage et l’expérience sont super.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous avons hâte d’y retourner !

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, avevamo voglia di mettere i piedi sulla terra ferma così abbiamo lasciato la nostra barca al Porto Turistico di Punta Ala e siamo venuti qui. Accoglienza eccellente , per nulla invadente . L’ambiente e’ confortevole e poi la comodità’ e’ che hanno una spiaggia privata dove potersi rilassare .e’ raggiungibile a piedi ma noi abbiamo preferito farci accompagnare dall’autista , hanno delle Meari a disposizione e in meno di cinque minuti eravamo già li. A disposizione si poteva prendere il pedalò’ ma noi abbiamo preferito godere la tranquillità della spiaggia e ammirare il tramonto che è’ da togliere il fiato ! Non abbiamo fatto foto proprio per godere a pieno la pace e la bellezza quel momento. vi assicuro ne vale la pena ! Assolutamente. Anche la Spa è’ notevole , il personale altamente qualificato e’ di una discrezione unica. Siamo stati davvero bene. Grazie

Per chi voglia provare una esperienza gastronomica di altissimo livello, consiglio il ristorante del Gallia Palace Hotel di Punta Ala. Le cene organizzate in riva al mare, più o meno una volta a settimana, sono un trionfo di sapori, in una location veramente unica. Camerieri sempre presenti ai tavoli, cuochi e pasticceri eccezionali. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è senz'altro il migliore della zona. Complimenti alla direzione per saper mantenere un tale livello di eccellenza

Un altro memorabile soggiorno al Gallia Palace. Location incantevole, spazi molto curati e di carattere, che si distinguono dal tono spesso freddo e standardizzato dei grandi alberghi; servizio ottimo. Camere ampie e molto piacevoli. Punto di forza la cucina, dalla colazione, al pranzo in spiaggia alla cena, menu vario e ricercato, ampia scelta di ottimi vini. Assolutamente all’altezza anche il servizio in spiaggia, per godere della tranquillità o approfittare delle attrezzature a disposizione dei clienti (pattini, pedalò, tavole etc). Meritano una menzione anche la spa, per la competenza e la gentilezza del personale, oltre che per la ricercatezza degli ambienti, e la piccola palestra molto ben attrezzata. L’atmosfera dell’albergo è unica, si trovano clienti affezionati al posto da generazioni, famiglie con bambini e ragazzi di tutte le età, e molte coppie. Una vacanza per chi cerca un posto lussuoso e ricercato, ma dai toni pacati, immersi in una natura incantevole.
