Quick transfer from airport which was very straightforward. Picking up the car was quick and easy. If from the UK, I recommend booking through Zest Car Rental and paying for their top up insurance as this saved any hard sell from the car rental agency to take out extra insurance. Car was not new (80k km on the clock) and had quite a few dents and damage, but this was all marked on the handover sheet. I still took a very detailed video of all damage in case of any queries upon return. Car gave absolutely no problems when we drove all the way to Tuscany and back. Return was simple and the money was back on my credit card within hours. I would use Centauro again.

While the location may not seem ideal at first, the services exceeded expectations. From the yellow van airport pickup to interactions with reception staff, car selection, and return process, everything was flawless. Opting for their insurance and returning the car with the required petrol level ensures a smooth experience. The car itself was excellent and relatively new, with no issues. Delighted with my decision to choose this company, I highly recommend their services to friends and family. Don't be misled by the location; I hope others have a similarly impressive experience.

Very helpful staff on the centauro office, the car was in good condition and the whole process with the premium program was very easy. We were only asked for a gas deposit in advance that was returned quickly when we handed the car back. Would select again!

Was worried with the negative yelp reviews but took the leap. 1000$ deposit… worried. 70$ gas deposit worried, but all ended well. I returned the car on time, with the appropriate amount of gas in the tank and no damages. I received all my deposits back and was offered an immediate shuttle to the terminal of my choice. I give credit where credit is due and I recommend booking with confidence. Use common sense and be a good person. Good luck.

I've rented twice from Centauro using their premium package on their website. The first time I got an amazing new Clio (5k km) and the whole experience was great.
The second time the car was a bit older (80k km) and it had some scratches but it was otherwise in perfect condition and very clean, so no complaints there.
Their shuttle bus, the pick up and drop off were very fast all the times and the stuff very polite.
Certainly I'd use them again in the future

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The car was brand new less than 10k kilometers. You could still smell the new car smell. The personnel was super kind and helpful! Both when picking up the car and when I returned it. Overall one of the best experiences I've had in renting cars in Malpensa. I highly recommend them!!

Everything was very transparent, clear, understandable, and simple. It’s usually not like this with car rental companies, but Centauro Car Rent was a great example of how a car rental company should be. Generally, car rental companies tend to come with unpleasant surprises, but here I had one good surprise after another. The deposit was returned immediately after I returned the car. The fuel deposit took a few days, but everything was exactly as agreed. Additionally, the price is very good, and the service is pleasant. I highly recommend this company to everyone, and I will definitely rent a car from them again. Thank you Centauro Car!

The fastest car rental service company! Excellent service, transfer only 5 minutes both on arrival and departure! I always choose this company!

We took the Mini Country Man. The car itself was clean, no smell, well maintained and ready when we arrived.
The documentation process was pretty fast, the staff was very friendly and answered all the questions.
They have shuttles from the airport.

Things to improve:
1. We took a child seat for our 2y old baby. The seat is not adjustable meaning you can’t tilt it. So when the baby sleeps his head falls forward and my wife had to hold it with her hand.
2. The rent doesn’t work at night so if you have a night flight you have to take care of returning the car before. Keep that in mind

We stayed at the Tribe hotel before the flight and the rental kindly took me to the hotel instead of the terminal (thank you so much!!!).

Also I liked the option to have a guaranteed model since it’s really important what car I will travel. Good prices!

The service really exceeded my expectations. The price was the cheapest, but everything was very smooth and professional. There is a shuttle bus from the terminal which already waited for us there, and took us to the office. We got the car quickly, and the car had no problems. Returning the car was also very smooth, got the deposit returned to my card in 1 minute. All the staff was kind, polite and efficient. Can definitely recommend them.

Had lots of trouble booking a car in Italy. I was very nervous because of the scams I read online. With Centauro Smart cover, I only needed to leave deposit for the fuel, which was refunded in 2 days after returning the car. I got a fair price (190eur for a week), a good car (brand new Hyundai i30 Hybrid), and the stuff was very nice.
Airport transfer was slower, than expected, but waiting 45 minutes wasn't too bad.

10/10 to whole Centauro team for our the experience and service during our roadtrip in Northern Italy. Once we landed to Malpensa airport it was easy to navigate to T1 pick-up location where the yellow/blue mini-bus picked us up.

The mini cooper car we were given handled perfectly and as it was our first time driving in Northern Italy, we decided to opt for the additional insurance. The car made the roadtrip truly enjoyable! Compared to some other reviews here, we had no problem when returning the car and were fully repaid back for the gasoline deposit.

Service from Milan Malpensa office was very quick and smooth. The car provided was the one I booked online, Mini Countryman Diesel and automatic. It was very nice driving it for a whole week. Also fuel deposit was refunded in 2 days. Will surely rent from them again.

Centauro are now my first choice car hire in Spain and Italy. Good value and no hassle when choosing the premium service. Staff at Milan Malpensa were friendly and helpful and on return showed me the transaction returning the fuel deposit.
Courtesy bus to off airport pick up/ drop off worked well.

All went as expected . No surprises with prices , car types , extra payments or charges.
The car was already with various stains , bruises and scratches so I was worried a bit about the return but it all went smoothly.
The only issue we had is maintenance issue . We were getting various alerts from the car regarding maintenance and low coolant level which went away by themselves. I'll use them again in our next trip to Milano Malpensa.

Love the mini cooper countryman by Centauro. It’s a new car with only 8 thousands KM mileage. The price is also reasonable. The shuttle service from Milan airport is quite a hassle for us, they suppose to have a ferry service every 10-15mins from Arrival door 6, However we waited for 50mins. Recommend to call their number for a earlier pick up.

Best car hire company ever!
I have booked a car online and when picked up the didn't insisted on bying an extra cover as other companies do. The car was in a good shape, looked just as new.
We went from Milano to Livigno for a couple days and back. There were no troubles with the car.
The return of the car was at the speed of light. From the moment when we came to the office and to the moment when they dropped us at the airport it took just 10 minutes.
The deposit was returned back immediately. Literally nothing to complain about

Transfer from the airport and check-in process was quick and easy. Car was almost brand new and we returned the car with no problems. Great service.
