L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro, c'è la possibilità di chiedere di parcheggiare in garage convenzionato. La stanza è nuovissima, con un letto comodo comodo, una bella TV con Netflix e un bagno che vorrei copiare a casa mia! C'è possibilità di farsi the e caffè e mini frigo e la prioritaria è gentilissima, insomma da non perdere

Il nostro é stato un soggiorno (purtroppo) molto breve, ma siamo pienamente soddisfatti! La struttura é completamente nuova, tutto é stato curato nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e lo standard di pulizia é molto elevato!
La camera é luminosa, c'é una grande finestra che permette un buon ricambio d'aria ed é fornita di tutti i comfort per un rilassante soggiorno. Il bagno molto pulito e bello! La doccia é molto spaziosa e il soffione meravigliosamente grande!
Il letto é comodissimo. Abbiamo apprezzato i guanciali in più lasciati in camera.
L'accoglienza é stata puntuale, ci sono stati forniti il codice d'accesso alla struttura e i kit da bagno, in più abbiamo trovato bottigliette di acqua fresca (ci volevano decisamente!).
Insomma, la struttura é congliatissima!

L’accoglienza della signora Carmen è stata impeccabile, ci ha consigliato vari ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. La camera molto bella spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort.

Sono stato una notte in questa struttura con la mia famiglia, gentilezza estrema da parte di Pietro e, dei suoi colleghi, stanza praticamente nuova e pulitissima fornita di tutto l'occorrente, adiacente alla via dello shopping e a 200 metri dal lungo mare che è bellissimo tra l'altro, colazione servita in un bar sotto la struttura

Consigliato da un cliente qui a Reggio camere ampie pulite e silenziose

The B&B is located in a shared building and split across several floors. The staff from the point of booking to the point of departure were on hand via WhatsApp and very very helpful and easy to deal with.

The B&B appears to be newly refurbished with works ongoing to expand the rooms across further floors. These works did not impact our stay and the cleanliness from the rooms and the B&B corridors; to the communal areas including the lift and stairs was very satisfactory with both the B&B cleaner and the communal cleaners being seen daily.

As I said it appears to be new and some rooms are not 100% furnished and just missing small extra touches, but nothing at all that affected our stay. The basic amenities are there, but those little extras I’ve been told are being introduced. Talking of little extras… the usb & usb c sockets included next to each bedside table were super convenient and the first time I’ve seen them in a hotel / B&B.

We stayed in room 404 on the 4th floor. This is a sea view room and the room and views were spectacular! We overlooked a park and had sea views of Sicily and the strait as well as views down the main city pedestrian road.

Breakfast is in the form of a voucher for the coffee shop below “Bellu Cafe” and covers a cappuccino or latte and a croissant. The staff are super friendly and it’s a comfortable air conditioned space to enjoy a drink and pastry in.

Personally the memory foam pillows were too hard for both myself and my partner and we ended up making makeshift pillows from rolled up hoodies.

So a softer option in the wardrobe would have been an extra special touch, but “Rome wasn’t built in a day” (excuse the pun!) so I’m sure this place will just improve and go from strength to strength.

Overall I was very impressed with this establishment and would highly recommend.
