To counter the other negative American reviews, my wife and I had a great experience in the shop. The guy helping us explained the sales they had going on, the differences in the types of silk used, and was patient. I speak a little Italian but didn't need to as they were fluent English speakers.

I'm from New York City and went to this store yesterday. I had a fantastic experience. Especially with Gustavo, he was amazing, attentive and I would definitely going back here very soon.

Best service in intimissimi store in Italy.

Personale poco competente

As an American it was such a relief to finally find a great store with good quality clothing and amazing prices. Although, it's ashamed that the sales associate working there was the most rude and ignorant employee I have ever encountered out of any of the stores I've been to in my life. As soon as we walked in we weren't greeted and instead we were stared at and sneered at by him. While my friends and I looked around he went in the back of the store and made remarks about us and mocked us for our American accents. The woman there who was clearly in charge was so sweet and offered great customer service. Although, one of my friends told her about how he was treating us and she shrugged it off like it was nothing which greatly upset us. After we were done checking out I decided I would say something to both of their faces out loud for the other customers to hear (who were ironically also American) "Me being a retail worker in America, you would expect the customers to treat the employees like you treated us, and not the other way around." He started laughing and said back to us "Well i'm actually part American" with his thick Italian accent. We could not believe this was how he chose to handle the situation so we simply walked away. I still cannot believe I spent over 100 € in there with the service I was given. I will not be returning during my 4 month trip in Florence and if you aren't Italian then I would think twice before going in there for you may experience this Xenophobia for yourself.

Me and my friends were so excited to go into this store, but our excitement quickly faded once we walked in. We were not greeted but rather given dirty looks. The young guy working there was extremely rude and refused to help us. We could tell he was making fun of our American accent and clearly laughing at us. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. As someone who worked in retail, this is not how you handle customers at all! I am shocked that this boy had the audacity to make fun of us when we were giving their store business. It is extremely unfortunate because the lady in charge was very helpful and the clothes are nice, but brushed this off. If you go to this store steer clear of the little guy with a superiority complex that will shoot you dirty looks and make fun for no apparent reason. And if you are going to support this brand don’t go to this location! Will not be returning because of this awful customer service. Terrible.

Personale molto impertinente, maleducato e arrogante.
Ero entrata per ritirare un pacco ordinato online, ma dopo questa esperienza non tornerei mai più.
