Fantastic meal! Every dish was perfect - the wild boar and deer cured meats must have been locally sourced, gnocchi was delicious. The chef is 80 year old ‘Dad’, son and family are front of house. We asked for after dinner ’digestive’ and the son brought out his own home made liquor which was delicious - Best meal we’ve had for a long time

The steaks and the pastas were incredible. I tried both the tiramisu and strudel for desert and both were perfect. Don’t miss this restaurant if you’re in the area!

Great service, we had our dinner less than an hour, and the restaurant was busy on Saturday night. Great food, from antipasti to desert, home made food, we loved it. Highly recommended to try la Baita. You need to book otherwise you will be disappointed.

Mi ricorda i posti di una volta con il cibo genuino che ormai non ti trova più. Mangiato benissimo. Cameriere gentile e abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario. Da ritornarci. Abbiamo mangiato agnolotti di carne, margheritine e ravioli di borragine. Buonissimi. Porzioni perfette. Il cinghiale magro è buono con la polenta. Strudel buono e bunet una meraviglia.

Notre restaurant préféré à Sestriere, c’est copieux c’est bon, très bon rapport qualité prix.
Le personnel est adorable le patron s’est bien occupé de nous, il nous trouve toujours une place.

Una fantastica scoperta a sestriere fatta questa estate (poiché era l’unico ristorante aperto in quel periodo di sera) e riprovato lo scorso weekend a pranzo prima del periodo pieno invernale;

1) RISTORANTE unica pecca il fatto che sembra non si stata toccato da tempo. È una bel locale riconoscibile dalla presenza totale di legno ed accessori ma onesto… ce ne sono di più belle;

Fine delle cose (se così possiamo dire) “negative”… 😅

2) CIBO da provare assolutamente i primi, triangoli con la fonduta buonissimi! Poi parlando con il titolare so che prende i funghi personalmente ed io, che non so proprio un amante, ho davvero apprezzato sia i tagliolini freschi con porcini che i funghi fritti come contorno al filetto. Tutto semplice ma tutto molto buono!
3) SERVIZIO casalingo con i proprietario che ne fa da padrone, simpatico e gentile. C’è da aspettare un po’ perché sono pochi ma per il cibo ne vale la pena! (Proponetevi come collaboratori vi prego 😂💪🏻);
4) CONTO giusto per Sestriere (a fine Novembre) da sottolineare che i primi costano sui 10€ e sono molto buoni quindi ottimo!

CONSIGLIATO al 💯!!

Scoperto per caso, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti!
Volevamo qualcosa di tipico e lo abbiamo trovato, abbiamo mangiato lardo e affettati locali, polenta con cervo, agnolotti, filetto di fassona con patate al forno… tutto molto buono!
Gestione familiare, discreti a tal punto da sembrare un po’ schivi… ma questo è carattere non sicuramente maleducazione.
Lo consiglio veramente!

Ristorante nel centro di Sestriere a pochi metri dalla piazza. Mi sono trovato benissimo. Personale rapidissimo nonostante la grande affluenza (8 Dicembre) e materie prime molto buone. In media si spende 10€ a piatto. Ne vale la pena .Tornerò
