Great place to have authentic Indian food.
The wife and I stopped there twice and were genuinely pleased with service, ambience and friendliness of staff and Sonia as well.

Excellent value. Not many Indian restaurants around the area. Approx 12 Euros includes curry, rice and naan bread. Try the Karma Sutra beer too! Never heard of it before but very tasty. Don't be put off by the petrol station next door!

when we turned up, in the middle of the afternoon after checking it was opened, we nearly turned arround as the restaurant is adjacent to a dinky looking petrol station. Luckily we felt adventurous and went in. Some of the best indian food I've ever had. You won't regret it.

I really enjoyed the food here. We ordered Dhal Makhani, Chicken Biriyani, and Butter Chicken. The naan isn’t exactly as you would expect (meaning more like paratha) but it was still good and for €1, it’s great. The only real complaint I guess is we thought the biryani rice was a smidge too soft. The raita was also very good 👌🏾

Just wonderful!.. We just returned from a terrific dinner at Sonia's Indian Bar Restaurant.
When the Uber driver delivered us He said "are you sure" with his hands. We got there at 5 because the web said it was open. Everything else opens up at 7. We were getting up at 3 for a 6 o'clock flight the next day so we wanted to eat early. We sat in the patio looking for another restaurant and to get another Uber. The restaurant was only 1 mile from our hotel but it's a narrow road with lots of trafffic. While we were sitting in the patio figuring out our next move Sonia came out and said she called her cook and he will be here in a few minutes. He was at the market. He returned shortly and
we had a delightful dinner. When we tried to get an Uber back to our hotel we had no luck, probably because of the short distance. Sonia to the rescue. She asked a friend to take us and he did. The added bonus was the 4 parrots and parakeets that entertained us on the patio. A lovely dedicated owner and delicious food and what a wonderful way to end a great vacation. Thank you....

If you like Indian food you have to eat here. The onion bahji is really great.

The hostess is really nice and speaks very well English. She is proud of here dishes and can advice you if it's your first time. All the staff is great. 👍 Up

Molto buono anche se a primo sguardo sembra un ristorante per lavoratori. Cibo indiano buono e preparato con cura. Se volete provare la cucina Indiana lo consiglio

Un piccolo angolo di India in Lombardia nel varesotto. Le pietanze erano molto buone e ben presentate e il personale del ristorante molto cordiale e preparato. L'ambiente semplice ma curato.

Un locale a gestione familiare ed una fantastica atmosfera che vi porterà nel cuore dell' India con i sapori e gli odori caratteristici di questo fantastico paese. I loro piatti mi hanno portato indietro nel tempo ricordandomi i bellissimi anni in cui vivevo a Bombay. Il loro chicken tikka Masala da provare assolutamente, così come i loro fantastici antipasti. A family-run restaurant and a fantastic atmosphere that will take you to the heart of India with the characteristic flavors and smells of this fantastic country. Their dishes took me back in time reminding me of the beautiful years I used to live in Bombay. Their chicken tikka masala is a must try, as well as their amazing starters.
