Vigreen Trattoria Rurale

An essential if you seek a stylish country lunch or dinner in an area of beauty. Exceedingly well received by Vincenzo and made to feel right at home. The menu is more than adequate and classic with three or four primi and 3 secondi dishes. The anti pasta is a triumph on its own. The tastes of the dishes- authentic and simply exquisite. And exceedingly good value. It’s a must come again for me.

We took a class today and it was amazing. We made our own lunch, and better yet we ate it. You will see the pictures. Amazing

Brilliant meal, the staff were very attentive, lovely restraunt, inside and outside. The portions are a good size, not too big so you are able to finish the meal. Will definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed the experience here. We did a cooking class in which we got to eat the food in the restaurant. The chef Vincenzo and his staff were all so friendly and so much fun. And the restaurant area was beautiful and the meal was so tasty.

Very nice small restaurant in the country. Nice location, great local food from a short and seasonal menu. I recommend to go for the full menu, to taste several dishes. Quantity is right to fill your needs without excesses. Please note, you will take a short road with no concrete; easy road, just be careful ;)

Every bite of this exquisite food is bursting with flavor. The antipasti plate is an amazing assortment of locally grown food, hand prepared and beautifully presented. The gnocchi plate with ragu was divine. Beef plate was equally delicious finished with café, lemoncello and festive dancing by guest, chef and his staff 😋 what a wonderful Sunday afternoon. We stumbled across this place by chance although it is well hidden with only tiny sign posts from the main road.

Vigreen is a great place. All the dishes are from local farms, tastes delicious. The scenery around is beautiful. We had a happy night there.

Nice quiet place bellow the hills of Scalea, after long sunny hours on beach, relaxing with medium steak and wine roso is perfect combo to finish day

Cena di ferragosto normalmente una delle più incasinate e caotiche che ci sia nel campo della ristorazione eppure sembrava un giorno feriale come tanti in cui riuscire a trovare ordine e tranquillità allo stesso tempo. L'esperienza da Vigreen è stata superba: atmosfera rilassata, servizio eccellente, cibo ottimo. La disponibilità in particolar modo di Vincenzo è il valore aggiunto: perfetto padrone di casa. Ho cenato con la mia famiglia con menù fisso seppur vi era un'ampia e libera scelta anche per vegetariani. La genuinità dei prodotti (come si vede in foto l'antipasto) si sente e si vede e per quanto pagato ne valeva la pena. Sicuramente torneremo perché i posti migliori non si lasciano scappare!

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Ein Großteil der Komponenten der Speisen wird Vorort angepflanzt und wundervoll verarbeitet. Abwechslungsreiches Menü welches saisonal angepasst wird, unter anderem werden auch vegetarische Speisen Angeboten.

Preis leistungs Verhältnis ist super. Ich war bereit 50-60€ pro Person auszugeben aber trotz 4 Gang Menü, Wasser, Brot, Weißwein aus eigener Herstellung (500ml) und Digestiv beschränkt sich der inklusivpreis auf 30€ pro Person.

Unter anderem gibt es dort Tiere wie Hunde, Katzen oder Esel.

Der Ausblick über die Felder und Berge ist atemberaubend und ist über alle Sitzplätze zu genießen (ob draußen oder drinnen).
Zu empfehlen ist den abend dort ausklingen zu lassen um den Sonnenuntergang zu bewundern.

Im großen und ganzen einen wundervollen Abend verbracht und jede Minute der 3 Stunden, welche wir dort waren, in vollen Zügen genossen.

Für Paare und Familien sehr zu empfehlen und ein muss wenn man in der Gegend ist.

Molto consigliato. Location suggestiva e cibo biologico di qualità. Personale estremamente cortese, abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Francesco, una persona molto gentile e alla mano. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Consiglio senza dubbio di visitare Vigreen per la cortesia del servizio, la bellissima location e atmosfera. Pietenze tipiche di grande qualità, antipasto eccezionale, primi ottimi con possibilità di miglioramento, carne molto buona soprattutto la porchetta. Il cioccolato con peperoncino e nocciole squisito.

Dal momento in cui ho iniziato il mio viaggio verso Vigreen, ho subito percepito la dolcezza e l’energia di questo luogo. Le dolci colline che circondano Santa Domenica Talao hanno preparato il mio spirito ancora prima di giungere a destinazione.

Una volta arrivato, ad accogliermi trovo Vincenzo Grisolia, il cuore pulsante di Vigreen. Uno chef illuminato, custode della terra, protettore della natura, contadino poeta e guida spirituale della tradizione culinaria calabrese.

L'atmosfera era un perfetto connubio di eleganza rustica: semplice, serena, con un rilassante sottofondo jazz.

“Mi fido di te, sappi solo che sono vegetariano. Sorprendimi,” ho detto a Vincenzo. Lui ha sorriso, sapendo già esattamente cosa avrebbe preparato.

Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto di caponata fatta con verdure fresche dell'orto adiacente al ristorante, pomodori succosi e origano di montagna, seguito da un tortino di patate e broccoli, un tris di formaggi freschi frutto del sapiente lavoro dei maestri caseari del Parco Nazionale del Pollino, crocchette di patate croccanti.

Il primo piatto era composto da ravioli fatti a mano, ripieni di ricotta e spinaci, conditi con un sugo fresco alla "moda della nonna" a base di pomodorini pachino e scaglie di ricotta stagionata. Una delizia!

Poi, una colorata insalatona con lattuga, cipolla di Tropea, pomodori secchi e ciliegini, per concludere con un delizioso dessert di torta al biscotto, ricotta, noci e fichi.

Un viaggio straordinario di freschezza, competenza, anima e sorrisi.

Non ci si può aspettare altro da chi trasferisce ai propri piatti la gioia e l'arte di vivere in armonia con tutto ciò che lo circonda!

Location tranquilla e in zona campagna. Piatti molto molto buoni ma porzioni davvero troppo povere se paragonate al prezzo. Nel complesso ho sentito l'impegno e la preparazione nel voler offrire un servizio di qualità e per questo la mia valutazione è 5 stelle
