Tenuta Belguardo

This was an absolute fantastic experience! We had the best time. Matteo provided us with great indications on how to get to the winery. He was polite and the best part of the experience! Great level of languages as he spoke to us both in perfect Spanish and English. The vineyards were mesmerizing and beautiful scenery and we got to go around and learn about the history and properties of the land and production of the wine. We then enjoyed the 6 wine tasting which was fantastic. Matteo brought out a great variety of Italian products to accompany the wine which was to die for. We enjoyed the wine so much we bought a whole bunch of them to bring back home. 10/10 experience, super recommended!! Thank you for everything, we loved our time and it was a key memory of our trip to Tuscany!

On the morning of September 29th, we, three friends from Vienna, Austria (no wine experts but true wine lovers), visited Tenuta Belguardo not knowing, not expecting that this would be our most memorable visit of the 6 vineries we had on our “to do-list”.

Besides the beautiful location on the top of the hill with its welcoming interior it’s the people that make the difference in service! We were truly lucky and privileged that Matteo shared with us his incredible knowledge about the various aspects of winemaking at your site and in the Maremma in general. This was followed by an excellent presentation of your wines that made our tasting a wonderful experience!

I could not recommend more this wine tasting experience. We had an incredible time and it was mostly thanks to the hospitality and kindness of Matteo. He spoke fluent Spanish and English which we really appreciated as group of Spanish girls. Matteo brought us a variety of wine and italian charcuterie which was absolutely delicious. He also showed us around the vineyard which was beautiful. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area and look forward to going back! Beautiful memory in tuscany!

Matteo was an incredible tour guide, because we came to Grosseto from train we did not have a car and he helped us with everything to make sure we got to experience his winery. 10/10 and will definitely go back and always recommend people here! The wine itself was amazing too.

We had an amazing wine tasting here at Belguardo. The host, Matteo, was super welcoming and first gave as an interesting tour around the estate. After that we had a tasting of the wines with explanations. Wines are great and of high quality, would definitely recommend!

Splendida visita guidata privata nell'azienda e a seguire degustazione sempre privata di sei vini della Tenuta Belguardo accompagnati da Matteo che grazie alla sua preparazione ed esperienza ha saputo spiegarci in maniera chiara e precisa la storia della tenuta e i vari processi di vinificazione. Un'esperienza assolutamente da provare. Lo sguardo sulle colline circostanti regala senza dubbio attimi di pace e serenità. Grazie!

De ervaring die we hebben gehad was ontzettend leuk en welkom hier. De omgeving is prachtig! Rondleider Matteo heeft ons helemaal meegenomen in de diverse wijnen, hoe ze gemaakt worden en een tour door de wijnmakerij. Matteo heeft veel kennis en kan leuk vertellen. Tussen de wijnen door lekkere hapjes. Wij bevelen Tenuta Belguardo zeker aan!

Matteo è stato un cicerone fantastico, ci ha raccontato tante cose interessanti sulla produzione del vino e sulle varietà che vengono coltivate nella tenuta. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione di 5 vini con tagliere ed è stata un’esperienza coinvolgente. Ogni vino ha le sue caratteristiche e peculiarità e deve essere assaporato con cura e attenzione. Complimenti a questa giovane casa vinicola che lavora con dedizione e passione, tanto da trasmetterla ai suoi visitatori. P.s. Vino rosato e il rosso Tenuta Belguardo favolosi. Super versatile il vino rosso Tirreno!

Bellissima esperienza, Matteo ci ha guidato durante il percorso di degustazione, con professionalità e competenza mettendoci completamente a nostro agio.
I prodotti che offre questa azienda sono ottimi, dai bianchi, al rosé, ai rossi.
Ovviamente data la qualità dei prodotti non potevano andar via senza aver preso qualche bottiglia dei loro vini.

Spettacolare. Siamo venuti al Belguardo per una degustazione e siamo rimasti letteralmente senza fiato per la vista prima e per la completa esperienza poi. Matteo ci ha davvero accolto con estrema ospitalità facendoci realmente apprezzare questi vini che nonostante siano relativamente nuovi sono a dir poco di grande qualità. Vermentino codice 5 e Morellino davvero consigliati.

Een echte aanrader! De wijnen waren heerlijk, het eten paste er perfect bij en de toelichting + rondleiding van Matteo waren erg leerzaam en interessant. Veel geleerd en genoten :)

Da Ristoratore consiglio questa azienda sia per i suoi vini sia per una gita a 10 min fuori dai posti più turistici. Una tranquillità assoluta. Il vermentino Codice V eccezionale. Bravi

Ho regalato un wine tour al mio ragazzo per l'anniversario perché lui è un amante del vino. Siamo stati benissimo, un’esperienza bellissima che merita. Grande professionalità e passione, assolutamente da provare. Degustazione di vini e prodotti top!!❤
