Opening hours of the store were listed as 4.30pm, we waited patiently 10min outside and the lady saw us but decided to ignore us. Then 2min later she came out and told us that she didn’t open until 5pm, when we politely remarked that opening hours were stated as 4.30pm and that we had a ferry to catch, the answer was “I don’t care, I don’t have time for you” - in a long time I haven’t heard anybody not interested in a sale, but apparently Anna doesn’t need and doesn’t care about customers. Just remind me again, who buys that stuff? Yes, customers - but definitely not us and I would hope nobody else who likes to be treated as a customer!
