Casale Bella.Vista

Truly lovely place! Beautifully and very tastefully renovated old Villa, especially the bathrooms are nicely done, lots of wood, rain shower and quite spacious. Rooms are rather on the smaller side, but certainly sufficient. One Highlight is definitely the fantastic views (breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful look over the sea), particularly from the balcony - enjoy an evening there with a nice sunset! Breakfast absolutely fantastic, lots of different choices and the lovely owner makes it even better - while also making sure no food is wasted - definitely a huge plus! Only two minor downsides are the location: lovely view but a bit up from the lake and the Restaurants in the village are rather mediocre, but it has a ferry harbour so you can reach other places very fast. Definitely a huge recommendation from me, we'll be back!

Beautifully renovated old Italian villa with an amazing view of Lake Como and surrounding mountains. Rooms with modern design and very clean. Super soft sheets and towels and amazing rain shower! The breakfast is delicious with homemade cake every morning. Owners are sisters, they helped us plan our stay, gave directions to take the ferry (including best places to park) and where to get the best food. Since the place is still quite new the owners really listened to what we need and took it into account :-) Thanks a lot Bella Vista!!

We had a great time at Casale Bella.Vista, the hosts are very nice and friendly. We felt very warmly welcomed and special. Our room had a great view over the lake where the sun rises. The place is extremely tidy and well maintained. Very relaxing and calm place.

There is also a terrace which all guests can use to relax, a big back yard and nice possibilities to park.

The place is well reachable by car and walking, and convenient to travel to nearby places at the lake.

Winding roads take you up to a small Italian villa on the hill overlooking the town. You marvel at a view of Lake Como and snowcapped mountains that you will never see again from a rooftop terrace that even has wifi to immediately share the view with everyone you know! When you wake up to the sound of birds and serene crickets to have breakfast outside on the terrace, with many options ranging from sweet to savory (all fresh!), you feel blessed. You take little stairs and cobbled alleys down to the village to enjoy the lake from up close: Roads that you discover yourself as you follow gravity down to your destination. When you have been to Casa le Bella Vista, you will never be able to stay anywhere else at Lake Como again...

Beautiful rustic and calm hotel and the hostess are amazing!

Mein Mann und ich durften hier für ein paar Tage bleiben und sind total begeistert! Es ist nicht das "klassische" Hotel in dem hunderte von Gästen untergebracht sind, sondern vielmehr eine Unterkunft/Gaststätte das mit viel Liebe, moderne und komplett neue Ausstattung und sehr hilfsbereiten und lieben Gastgeberinnen ausgestattet ist. Die Gastgeberinnen sind ständig ansprechbar, geben einem Tipps und helfen aus, wenn etwas benötigt wird und fragen auch wie denn so der letzte Ausglug war. Das Frühstück ist dementsprechend ebenfalls ein zauberhaftes selbsterstelltes Buffet mit leckeren abwechslungsreichen Speisen. Alles in allem sehr erholsam, ruhig und romantisch. Außerdem riecht es sehr gut. Würden wir auf alle Fälle empfehlen!

Wunderschönes kleines B&B (6 Zimmer) mit sehr besonderem Charme, Gastfreundschaft wird hier sehr großgeschrieben. Etwas außerhalb und oberhalb des Ortes gelegen, der Fußweg in den Ort führt durch hübsche Gassen (viele Treppenstufen) und dauert etwa 15 min. Fantastisches, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit zahlreichen regionalen Leckereien und selbstgemachtem Kuchen. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl und willkommen gefühlt, absolute Empfehlung!

Ho appena soggiornato per tre notti in questa struttura.
Tutto perfetto, discrezione, pulizia, ordine, servizio. La struttura è molto bella, gestita dalla Sig.ra Giovanna, sempre attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Buonissima e abbondante colazione, arricchita dalle ottime
torte fatte in casa.
Superconsigliato.

Hele mooie B&B met fantastisch uitzicht over het Comomeer. Wij verbleven 2 nachten met onze 2 kinderen. Er wordt door de gastvrouw heel goed voor je gezorgd. Aanrader👍

Petit hôtel juste créer, manque un peu de déco mais il faut laisser le temps au temps! celui ci propose de belle chambre spacieuse,une literie confortable, de grande salle de bains et un roof top parfait pour apprécier un verre de vin en admirant une vue panoramique sur le lac.
Le petit déjeuner est agréable et plutôt copieux,fromage,œuf,jus,jegume,yaourts, œuf brouillé....tout y été.
Le parking impeccable et l accueil au top.
Je vous recommande cette hôtel.
J y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Sehr schönes, frisch renoviertes Haus oberhalb des Comer See. Man kann über mehrere schöne Wege und Treppen zum See runter laufen. Die Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Eigentümerinnen super freundlich. Vielen Dank für die schönes Tage!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr modern und super sauber. Großes Zimmer und tolles großes Bad. Schön ruhig, Auto sinnvoll und durch die Lage toller Blick auf den See. Frühstück frisch und nicht zu viel. Sehr nette Gastgeberinnen und wir haben auch hilfreiche Tipps / Infos für die Fähre / Besichtigungen der Orte : Varenna, Belaggio , Menaggio (Danke für die Tipps zum parken) und Tremezzo erhalten. Auch eine Karte. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die tolle Dachterrasse haben wir leider nicht genutzt, wurde uns aber gezeigt und ist toll.
