LaDimora

We were lucky to have found LaDimora! We are 2 couples who travelled to Portugal and Italy for 3 weeks and stayed in 8 different apartments/B&B’s during our trip. … this rental was our favorite! The apartment was recently renovated and we loved all the upgrades. The bathrooms were modern, beds were very comfortable, the washing machine and wifi were great amenities, and the kitchen was well stocked. But as nice as the interior was, the terrace was amazing! We loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping and enjoying coffee on the terrace as the sun came up … and then later in the day, enjoying our wine and snacks watching the sun go down – breathtaking! The owners were incredibly helpful and sent us the most comprehensive packet of information we have ever received from a rental property. We had no trouble finding the apartment, and the information provided included excellent local restaurants and markets. The owners offered to make a reservation for us at a fabulous restaurant just down the steps from the apartment, and it was our favorite meal of the trip. We enjoyed visiting local towns and a boat ride around the lake. We very much appreciated the excellent communications from the owner and the local contact, both before our stay and after. The area is gorgeous and our only regret is that we did not have more time to enjoy it. We all hope to return to Lezzeno and would definitely stay in this lovely apartment again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in July, 2021. The three best features are 1) the quiet location, 2) the beautiful view from the balcony, and 3) the owners, who were staying in the downstairs apartment and treated us like old family friends, even before we arrived. The beds are comfortable, the wifi works, the kitchen has sufficient equipment to cook meals for five, and there are even two bathrooms - one upstairs and one down. The flat is kept very clean. The only shortcoming was that the 2 upstairs bedrooms had very low (attic) ceilings, limiting our ability to use that space for anything other than sleeping. We particularly enjoyed walking the trail behind the house that leads to the next town, renting a motor boat to cruise around the lake, and breakfast on the balcony every morning. The only drawback for us was needing to take the car nearly every day, for example, to get to the supermarket or to a restaurant or a beach/lake access. Also, the roads around lake Como are super narrow - you do need to have nerves of steel to drive there!

Wat wil een mens nog meer?
Niet te beschrijven prachtige, rustige plek met een adembenemend uitzicht over het Comomeer: iedere dag het perfecte plaatje.
Het appartement is nog véél mooier dan de foto's doen vermoeden.
Voorzien van alle denkbare luxe wat faciliteiten betreft én buitengewoon smaakvol ingericht.
Bezienswaardige naburige pittoreske stadjes bereikbaar met bus en/of boot.
Need I say more??? La bella Italia in ultima forma!!!

Io e i miei familiari, volevamo ringraziarla per l'opportunità che abbiamo avuto di essere ospiti della sua dimora Rosmarino a Lezzeno.
Volevamo inoltre farle i complimenti su come l'abitazione è stata ristrutturata e predisposta per gli ospiti. Dire che non manca nulla è limitativo! E' giusto invece precisare che la residenza, è nella realtà, molto di più di quello che un ospite potrebbe immaginare.
La vista sul lago è veramente mozzafiato.
Quando anche altri proprietari faranno lavori di ristrutturazione come il suo, il borgo intero che già è carino, diventerà molto molto interessante.

Sehr aufwändig renoviert mit hochwertiger Küche und Bäder....
Sehr freundliche Betreuung.
Super Terrasse und wahnsinnigen Ausblick.
Nachteilig fallen nur die steilen hohen Treppen und der viel zu knappe Parkraum aus.
