Lovely room.
The room may need attention to just a touch of decor that needs updating. If you light sleeper it may be a problem as walls are paper. The bed is beautifully comfortable and the shower is good. Hosts are so thoughtful.The coffee machine and croissant was a truly lovely touch. I saw a comment saying the area was a bit so so, but I got a feeling it was family and community area and felt very safe

Pulito, silenzioso ed è in una posizione strategica da dove si può raggiungere il centro di Bologna in pochi minuti a piedi. Proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti. Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente tornerò dovessero essere altre occasioni. Grazie mille.

Posizione comoda per centro e stazione. Camera pulita, spaziosa con tutto il necessario.

Stanza comoda e amplia, tutto molto nuov9, bagno grande.
C'era addirittura il set per stirare (ferro e tavola).
Check in e out facili e staff molto disponibile

Siamo stati in questa struttura a marzo scorso, ci siamo trovati benissimo camera pulitissima in una zona tranquilla e comoda per arrivare al centro di Bologna quando non si hanno i mezzi propri. Consigliatissimo e da ritornarci!!!!!

Ubicación inmejorable, 10 minutos a pie de la Feria y a 20 minutos a pie del centro. Muy limpio, trato súper amable y servicial. Totalmente recomendable.
