Fantastic customer service and even better food!! Easy 5 stars!

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was happy and welcoming. We each had a salad and coffee. Thank you so much!

What a delightful experience at Caffè Cairoli!

Coming all the way from Singapore and driving across Florence was truly worth it for this gem. Davide and Laura were the kindest and sweetest servers I encountered during my entire two weeks in Italy.

They took the time to explain each dish and drink with genuine enthusiasm, even offering wonderful recommendations for exploring Florence. Their hospitality made me feel right at home.

As for the pastries and coffee, they were simply fantastic! The bakes were delightful, and the coffee was perfection. This cafe is a must-visit for anyone traveling through Florence.

Thank you, Davide and Laura, for making my visit so memorable and warm. I would definitely visit them again when I’m back in Florence!

Senza dubbio il miglior Bar del territorio, è la mia tappa fissa ogni volta che ho un atto nella zona di Pontassieve. Il caffè è piacevolissimo e le volte che desidero cambiare offre una vastissima varietà di proposte! Le spremute sono fenomenali!
E poi non manca mai il nostro appuntamento fisso per l’aperitivo, a tutte le ore e sempre servito con degli stuzzichini sempre diversi! Lo consiglio vivamente..
