We were unlucky with closed ski lifts due to poor snow. So were limited to snow mobile rides up and down the slope. But Massimo was happy to mostly accomodate us.

One of the best ski experience ever. Massimo and the staff are super-friendly. Dinner were amazing and wine list was affordable and of great quality. The scenic view out of the room is breathtaking ! Feeling alone at the top of the World is a once of a lifetime experience. We stayed there 10 days with family and friends and we will definitely come back.

Only room for improvement is the wifi which is often weak and random... But French and Italian mobile networks do cover the area so it's easy to stay in touch with people not fortunate enough to be with you up there.

Excellent dinner with friends. The trip by snowmobile started the trip with a sparkle of excitement. Once we reached the hotel/restaurant the view was mesmerizing. Excellent local food and great service. Strongly recommend.

Good food and drinks, just off the top chair lift. Skidoo at night up for dinner. Not too pricey, very good wine selection, stunning, stunning views. Free skidoo ride, however a 20% charge. Which is fair enough. Just do it

This is an old cable car station. The food is quick and good, with plenty of easy options. The views are wonderful.

Amazing views of the valley and mountains surrounding the place. Really beautiful restaurant. We did not have any food here, but we will in the future. Coffee was good. One tip: arriving from the slope number 9 will make your life so much easier 😊

This is what I call a restaurant with a view. The menu is diverse enough for a ski lodge and the service is great, italian style.

La terrazza della Tana della Volpe è indimenticabile, vista mozzafiato, cibo eccellente e servizio attento. Punto di partenza perfetto per arrivare in cima alla Motta dopo un caffè, il tramonto dalla terrazza è indimenticabile. Da tornare non solo di inverno ma anche di estate

Ci sono venuti a prendere alla partenza della seggiovia con la motoslitta in una giornata senza una nuvola intorno alle 5, orario tramonto, un'esperienza bellissima. Arrivati al rifugio siamo andati nelle camere che ho trovato spaziose e pulite, ma soprattutto con una vista bellissima che da sulla cittadina di Sestriere. Dopo una doccia calda siamo saliti per aperitivo e la cena in una sala con un enorme vetrata e la vista della città illuminata nella notte. Un'atmosfera incredibile condita da buon cibo e buon vino. La colazione l'indomani molto buona e completa, ottimo inizio per la giornata di sci. Consigliato per tutti, famiglie, coppie e amici.

Ottimo ristorante in quota, siamo partiti da Borgata con la motoslitta.
Posizione incantevole, salone con vista su Sestriere.
Da provare, ottimo anche il cibo, il tutto servito in un ambiente cordiale.
Sicuramente da provare.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Vista mozzafiato

È un bell'esempio di recupero di una vecchia stazione della funivia, in cui sono stati ricavati un ristorante e un'albergo. Le stanze sono semplici ma ben curate. Quello che è impagabile è la vista del sorgere del sole che illumina le montagne immerse nel silenzio. Già solo questo vale il prezzo del soggiorno. Il personale è gentile e la colazione meravigliosa.

Bravi tutti, esperienza molto bella. La risalita in motoslitta fa apprezzare il luogo meraviglioso. Location splendida con atmosfera fantastica.
Cucina buona salumi e formaggi di ottima qualità e polenta con cervo speciale. Anche la pastiera d'alta quota apprezzabilissima. Servizio garbato e molto presente.
