Amazing villa with pool.... a nice place were to stay close the city, but in a relaxing area. 5 minute from all... sea market restorant...

Ottimo residence, con struttura recente in ottimo stato. Appartamenti dotati di tutti i confort , sviluppati su 2 piani ampi e ben organizzati. Wi-Fi, aria condizionata e parcheggio . Vicino a tutte le migliori località turistiche, ottima posizione.

Habib il mio tutelato si trova bene, e l'ambiente mi sembra sereno e cordiale.

Posto ideale per le vacanze.

place was clean and all the necessities were available but WIFI was not always available and air-conditioning of one bedroom did not switch on. However Piero who lives near was a nice gentleman. One thing that we really hated was that when more than 2 ac were switched on the electric current shuts down.

This is a bit of a mixed review where there are strong positive and negative points. I'll start with the positive. The villas are spacious and newly constructed. The location is quite good. It is in the outskirts of Trapani and it is near to restaurants and supermarkets. The person taking care of maintenance, Piero, is helpful and kind. Now to the negative. The flats are not well equipped. There are few glasses a lot of missing tools for the kitchen, no basic food items like salt or sugar. There is a very weird issue with the electricity. The electricity meter is set to trip at around 3kW. That means that you can barely afford only two AC units switched on concurrently (the villa has 4). If you need to use a hair dryer you will need to reduce that to one AC only. This is issue applies to all units. I was really surprised previous reviewers did not signal this since it's a known issue (in fact you will be given a key to access the electricity meter on arrival). I had one bedroom with a broken AC and I was offered no refund whatsoever. We had to sleep in 4 in just one bedroom. The owner boasted online the presence of a jacuzzi. Don't get fooled. It's his toy and he personally uses it with a friend. At the beginning of the holiday he will invent excuses for you not to use it like he is regulating the PH of the water. Piero was kind enough have my kids have a ride. Eventually the owner reprimanded me because my kids had some sand in their feet. He was also smoking inside the villa while he was showing them to us while throwing ash on the floor. Very arrogant. Overall I'm really torn on this but given the owner's attitude my advice is to avoid it.
