Such a lovely store, with a wonderful family history! Misses Grazia is absolutely lovely and sweet. We bought a wonderful dress for our daughter and loved finding out more about how the art of sewing and embroidery was transmitted from generation to generation in the owner's family. Authentic store with one of a kind pieces. We will be going back.

I bought many items from the kind owner at their Greve shop. One of them was for my 95 year old mother. This year I contacted their website to order 5 more for my mother’s birthday. They had me wire 115,00 euro to a Western Union office, which I did. After 3 months I still had not received the items. After numerous emails, they finally shipped the products. The quality of the fabric is drastically inferior to what I purchased in the shop. The embroidery work is of such a lesser work it is it is ridiculous. I contacted them to ask for a refund and that I would be happy to send their items back. THEY NEVER RESPONDED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They are not honest!!!

When I visited the shop in Greve I was welcomed by the ever so kind Grazia. Unfortunately, the woman who runs the Florence shop was incredibly rude and followed me around the entire shop as if I was going to steal something. I felt uncomfortable and left without buying anything. Very disappointed with my experience at this location.
