Amazing experience - thanks Francesco! Wonderfully clean, super close to the station, walkable to the main town without it being too loud, Francesco had the best recommendations and genuinely wants the guests to have the best time! Beds are great with own sockets and lights etc, dorms are spacious and there’s fridge/freezer/microwave to do a bit of your own food prep. Brunch is at a gorgeous sister cafe next door which is beaut and like taking yourself out for a fancy brunch each day. Also met some super cool other travellers and would recommend this hostel to anyone! I’ll be back!

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! Francesco is incredibly kind and helpful, always going out of his way to ensure guests have a great experience. The included breakfast is fantastic, truly the best you could ask for. The location is very convenient, being close to the station which makes visiting Cinque Terre a breeze. Francesco values cleanliness, and it shows – the entire place is spotless. Overall, this is the best hostel I've stayed at, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. You should definitely visit!

Likely the best place to stay at in La Spezia.

Very friendly host, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. It's location, however, is especially great, with the main railway station nearby and a supermarket just down the street.

this is one of the best hostels i stayed in. if you want to see cinque terre stay here! the hostel is right next to the train station so you can visit every town, without having to sleep in the touristic towns.
but the best thing about this hostel is the owner Fransesco. he is so nice and welcomes you like a true guest. good hiking tips and a very personal touch. he knew everyone in the hostel by name and said hello to us every day. it is a small hostel, but i still met so many nice people.
i can’t recommend more :)

I had a top-notch experience staying here. You can’t beat location as it’s steps away from La Spezia Centrale. Facilities are new and modern. Fantastic breakfast included. Francesco is really a great hosts that takes an interest in making sure tou enjoy your time exploring the area. Great place to be located and venture out in Cinque Terre and Golfo dei poeti.

A brilliant hostel which is very clean, has a great location and amazing service. Francesco is incredibly helpful and friendly and made our trip worthwhile with his great recommendations of where to visit. It has plenty of entertainment with a common room with a vast choice of games and also a bar right next door. The staff at the breakfast bar are also very friendly and we felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend!!

This place is certainly top notch as far as hostels go. It is so close to the train station (about a 3 min walk) and in a very convenient location if you were looking to explore Cinque Terre without paying the price of staying there. The rooms were beautiful! I stayed in a 7 person room and not only was I impressed with how the beds were laid out, but how sturdy they were. I've stayed in hostels with rickety ikea looking bunk beds that make noise whenever someone comes up or down and I can assure you what they have here is solid. Each bed has their own plug and light, and they provide a towel and a locker for free. I loved the bathrooms - 2 separate showers and 2 toilets (for the ladies). They were so clean and aesthetic! The common room was also so fun to be in and mingle with other guests, and from the balcony you can see Ciao Baby below - such a cute cafe where you get to spend breakfast in.

Francesco was an absolute pleasure to deal with. When I come back in the future, I will certainly spend more time here.

This hostel is very well located close to the main train station (walking distance). I arrived late so this was handy. The hostel is clean and the beds have a privacy curtain which is great. Loved the outdoor area and breakfasts each morning. Antonio the host is a really nice guy and super friendly and helpful. If I return to La Spezia, I would definitely stay here again.

arrived at midnight at this hostel. It's literally 200 meters walking from the train station. Awesome location if you are coming by train. Antonio one of the people that are managing the hostel was there to help me check in, super helpful, and super friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't find more than one night, otherwise, I would have stayed more. The bunk beds are awesome; bedlights, a shelf, and a curtain to ensure privacy. Breakfast is yogurt with banana and coffee, delicious. Highly recommend.

The location to the train station is impossible to beat. Literally only a couple steps away. Not only that, but it is also a bus ride away from some of the other surrounding towns that are not as popular or busy as the Cinque Terre areas. Small hostel means making friends is easy and it didn’t ever feel crowded. Clean, comfortable, and so inviting. Couldn’t think of a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this hostel more enthusiastically!

It is as close as it can be from the station, giving you less-than-a-minute access to the trains to 5 Terre.

But its most important aspect is the reduced size, familiar vibe and personal attention given by all members of the crew. Having only 2 rooms, all guests tend to meet each other and it isn't uncommon to find them opening a bottle of wine together (courtesy of the hostel!).

Francesco was extremely accommodation with a last minute change and there is absolutely no problem with leaving your stuff there until/after check-in/out. Exactly what you need from a hostel.

Plus, breakfast is home-made!

A very good experience :)

This is definitely one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at, and especially because the host, Francesco, was so kind and welcoming to each and every guest.

Pros:
- Sparkling clean facilities
- Huge storage locker
- Fantastic coffee/breakfast included
- 2 mins walk from La Spezia Train Station

Con:
- the only recommendation I have would be curtains for each bed to offer privacy and act as a noise/light buffer

Bottom line: stay here if you are planning a stay in Cinque terre. I met some wonderful people and felt so welcome. Francesco and his brother are outstanding hosts and make this place so social!!

Truly the best hostel I have travelled to! The atmosphere is super welcoming and the owners are so awesome they helped each traveller map out things to do and to see! Antonio and Francesco gave us suggestions on where to eat and booked us a reservation! I met some of the coolest people there and it happened in a matter of seconds! The breakfast we had every morning is simple and delicious and now that I’m travelling to other places I really miss it! I loved my time there and have nothing but good things to say; truly grateful for my experience there :) Thank you guys!

Best hostel I’ve stayed at in Europe. Small intimate family vibe, very clean and central (also close to the train station). Brekkie was delicious! Francesco was an amazing host. I hope I can come back!

The absolute best hostel that I have ever stayed in! It is a small hostel (maximum 13 guests at a time) that feels like home. Upon checking in, the owner sits down with you and goes through a hand-drawn map of Cinque Terre and surrounding towns to help you map out your trip. They also provide tips for your trip and amazing recommendations for truly anything you may need/want. The complimentary breakfast is probably the best that I had during my stay in Italy which includes a specialty coffee of your choice, yogurt with homemade granola, banana slices, and honey, a piece of foccacia, and orange juice. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable, and have larger beds than conventional bunk beds. Additionally, the hostel is about a 3-minute walk to La Spezia Centrale train station, making it extremely convenient to get to and from Cinque Terre. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone that wants to visit Cinque Terre!

Easily the best hostel I have ever stayed at. The staff is so helpful and friendly- Antonio gave us all the info on getting to and hiking Cinque Terre. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast (which is included) was delicious and a great way to start the day. I really could not have asked for a better hostel experience, this was a highlight of our trip. Thank you Antonio, Francesco, & Remy Giovanni!

Had a fantastic stay! Antonio was very friendly and even helped plan me a perfect day around Cinque Terre. Bathroom was very nice and always clean. Beds were so comfortable as well. Breakfast and wine at night made the stay even better. Hope to return one day!
