Hotel San Giorgio

Had a fantastic experience at Hotel San Giorgio in September. I stayed here with my family as we came to visit my grandparent’s towns. The staff are super kind, friendly, and welcoming and the rooms were clean. The restaurant is great, with such delicious food. Definitely recommend this stay if you’re in Campobasso. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we made so many memories here. We will be back one day!

This place was a decent little spot to crash while traveling late. The rooms were clean, but the bed was a Lil stiff, and the air had to be freezing not to make this clicking noise. The breakfast made up for that.

Very nice hotel in walking distance to the old city center of Campobasso. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice. Staff is exceptionally friendly. Great value for money - book direct at the hotel homepage to get the best deals.

The attention to detail shown by the staff has been exceptional. They are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is fantastic, the rooms are clean and comfortable, it’s everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. My family and I have been coming here for years and we bring all of our guests back to this hotel because we know we can expect high quality service. Hotel San Giorgio isn't in a 'high tourism' part of the country, but well represents what it's important to see more of Italy than Rome, Milan and Florence.

The warmth of the people and their willingness to embrace others is second to none.

Certainly the pace of life is slower here, but one is reminded of that fact that life should be lived and not just fit into the times between work and sleep.

Wonderful food options in the restaurant with a special shout out to Francesco. He was welcoming, eager to practice his English, and was a superior waiter. He earned every bit of the tip that we left him.

Hotel San Giorgio will definitely be where we'll stay on our next trip to Campobasso.

This is a warm, cosy and very friendly hotel. And particularly convenient - everything is so well-planned that you don't get to have problems with everyday routine: you have space for all your cosmetics and stuff in the bathroom (at the washbasin as well as in the shower); you won't flood the bathroom as the shower door is designed in the way to prevent that; you have a large closet for your clothes, where you can also put your suitcase etc. The people at the reception are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast gives a lot of choice to those who like it sweet - praised by many but I missed some savoury items (there are eggs to boil, cheese and ham, the rest are the sweet things), and everyday it's the same, so if you stay there for more than 2-3 days, it gets boring. However, I'm giving 5 stars as I felt really taken care of. Hope to be back there some day.

The food, the hospitality and the service was top notch. The best choice in Campobasso. When I come back to Campobasso with my family, we will stay at this hotel.

It's a wonderful place and offers many service to the guest like Sky in the room, little bar and all is cleaned. I would like to return.

L'altra sera sono stata all'Hotel San Giorgio in occasione dell'evento "La Parolaccia" . Una cena all'insegna del divertimento, accompagnata da un cibo davvero spettacolare. Tra i piatti più memorabili, spicca la sfogliatella riccia con ragù antico, una vera delizia.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente: per la qualità del cibo servito, il costo è davvero competitivo. A completare l'esperienza, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale, sempre attento e cortese. Non vedo l’ora di partecipare al prossimo evento!

Da più di 2 mesi soggiorniamo frequentemente in questo albergo per esigenze familiari La struttura sia all'esterno che all'interno (elegante) stilisticamente ricorda un castello 🏰 Le camere sono pulite e fresche anche senza l'uso del climatizzatore (che tra l'altro funzione perfettamente), la colazione é ottima e diversificata Infine ma non ultimo la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale tutto dal direttore alla reception, dai camerieri al personale delle pulizie ma consentitemi un grazie particolare alla disponibilità e alla cortesia della sig.ra Mariangela e del sig. Maurizio Grazie e ai prossimi pernottamenti 🙂
