Villa Ninetta

This place was amazing, the pool and villa were incredible, all well kept and had everything we needed, especially the private pool and terraces! Our hosts Natale and Sara did so much to make us comfortable and welcome. The villa was well equipped, clean, and surrounded by beautiful views on all sides. Close enough to Scopello to be an easy drive or walk to the village, but lovely and rural, quiet and peaceful. Perfect holiday place, we loved every second. Thank you! X

Our family of 4 have have just spent a relaxing week enjoying Villa Ninetta. It was our second time to stay in the Villa as we had previously visited in May 2019. It was only due to the Covid pandemic that it took so long to return, but it was worth the wait.

It is such a lovely location, the views are stunning, and close to Scopello, so many things to do in the area, but the Villa is quiet and secluded, so it is really relaxing. There are great range of options for eating in Scopello, but we also love to get beautiful fresh produce from Scopello Market shop and make use of the BBQ and enjoy the outdoor eating areas of the Villa.

The pool is super and really refreshing, we used it so many different times during the day. One of favourite times is at night with the lights on and under the stars. The pool area and gardens are so clean and well looked after. We noticed how well the garden has matured over the 3 years which adds to the enjoyment, especially as you can pick lemons, limes and other fruit from the trees. There is also another shower and toilet in the outdoor area that we find really useful.

The owners (Natale and Sara) are lovely and very keen to help and make sure you enjoy your stay. Thanks for a great time again.

We spent a week in late September in Villa Ninetta. It was an extraordinary experience, an we can recommend the villa without any restrictions. Located in a peaceful environment, with a great view towards the sea, it is nevertheless within just a 1 h drive to the major points of interest in the region (Segesta, Selinunte, Palermo, Erice, ...). And it is just a few minutes from beautiful beaches and the entry to the Zingaro National Park with hiking opportunities.
The modern interior of the house was quite clean an had all what we needed, even though we spent most of the time at one of the two covered terraces, or next to the pool. We were welcomed and taken care of by the friendly owners, Sara and Natale, who helped in case of need, even on short notice. Thanks to both of you, you provided us an excellent service!

very nice house, gorgeous view of the sea. the pool is bigger than i thought, wich was nice. the house itself is well furnished and there is everything you need to be comfortable. the wifi was also good.

Die Villa Ninetta ist ein wirklich schöner, einladender und ruhiger Ort an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Villa befindet sich etwas erhöht auf einem Hang bei dem man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Küste hat, vor allem bei Nacht sticht die Aussicht heraus. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und bietet genügend Platz. Die Anlage ist zudem ordentlich und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug um dort Zeit zu verbringen. Dieser wird auch alle drei Tage vom Besitzer gereinigt. Restaurants befinden sich in Scopello, diese kann man mit einem Spaziergang erreichen oder man fährt mit dem Auto. Ich kann die Villa Ninetta absolut weiterempfehlen!

8 giorni in Villa Ninetta ... FANTASTICI!!! Casa in collina, sopra al caratteristico borgo di Scopello, appena sopra alla Tonnara e ai Faraglioni, in prossimità della Riserva dello Zingaro. E con il ricordo ancora fresco della casa... beh... veramente bella!!! Con tutti i confort necessari, pulita, anzi pulitissima!!! Piscina illuminata anche di notte, come tutto il giardino, in mezzo agli ulivi... insomma... da ritornarci!!! Grazie ancora ai padroni di casa, gentilissimi, Natale e Sara!!! A presto speriamo!

Un posto unico dove riposarsi e godere della meravigliosa vista del paesaggio siciliano, locale ampio e spazioso, splendidamente arredato con tanti particolari che ne esprimono la ricercatezza. Proprietari cordiali ed estremamente ospitali, disponibili per qualsiasi informazione sul posto. La Sicilia è tutta da scoprire ma partire da qui è un biglietto da visita impagabile.

Sono stata in vacanza in questa meravigliosa villa nel Borgo di Scopello e non posso fare a meno di consigliarla a tutti! Una villa dotata di ogni comfort e di una bellissima piscina. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite,disponibili e gentilissime!
Vacanza da rifare assolutamente! 😉
