Tenuta Valle Buia

Fantastic experience, unique location with 360 degree views on elevated ground that overlooks a centuries old olive grove and the boats in the picturesque port of Talamone. This is an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. For me a complete discovery in area I thought I knew very well. Highly recommended from all standpoints.

Amazing place, great location inside the natural reserve parco dell'Uccelina. A place where to relax with great views and quiet. You can watch the wild animals of the park walking by the fences of the estate. A great place where to unwind.

Il luogo incantevole dove è situata la Tenuta, la vicinanza al centro abitato di Talamone e di Fonteblanda nonché alle diverse spiagge della zona, la cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietaria Roberta, la simpatia dei suoi bovari bernesi Bo e Frolla, la pulizia e l'accoglienza degli alloggi, con tutto a disposizione, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio come a casa. Torneremo senz'altro in questo bellissimo posto immerso nel Parco dell'Uccellina. Grazie Roberta!

Ottimo connubio tra campagna e mare Appuntamento molto ben arredato e funzionale L'azienda confina col parco dell'Uccellina e si trova su una collina che domina il piccolo golfo di Talamone Vista splendida!

Fantastico è dire poco......

We stayed in the Marino House for 10 days in May 2024. We loved the location and the view: the Tenuta Valle Buia is in the Maremma. The surrounding is very quiet and beautiful, with lots of birds, butterflies and flowers (and mosquitos…). You can see the small town of Talamone and the sea from the terrace.
Although we loved the location and the terrace with wonderful view, there were also some things we did not like so much. There are two large St. Bernhard dogs walking around, and they are barking unfriendly when you arrive at the Tenuta. They come to ‘visit’ you on the terrace a few times a day. If you like dogs, this is no problem, but we did feel less welcome in our house because of the dogs.
The house itself has little comfort. No dishwasher, no use of a washing machine (use of the maid if you want, once a week), an imperfect collection of kitchenware which is barely enough if you want to cook at home, a couch that you cannot sit on, only a bulb-lamp to read with in the evening. Furthermore we did not find it very clean (cobwebs, sandy floor, and no mop or bucket to clean the house yourself).
If you like dogs and do not care about neatness and at least an average comfort, this is the perfect place. But for the price they ask at Valle Buia, we definitely expect more than this; we find it not a very good value for money, despite the perfect location.

Sono stata nella Temuta Valle Buia, ma purtroppo mi sono trovata malissimo , no colazione ma neppure una bottiglia d’acqua, i proprietari poco cordiali con due cani in tenuta sempre davanti la porta d’ingresso che era addirittura impossibile uscire di casa , infrarossi dell’allarme in camera da letto che disturbano il sonno, asciugacapelli rotto, no tovaglioli di carta, marmellata e burro ma da spalmare sulle mani( assenza di fette biscottate) molto negativo ! Prezzo qualità’ zero!!! Stanze umide e poco pulite e sul letto coperte inadeguate ad un letto matrimoniale!
TROPPO CARO PER IL SERVIZIO OFFERTO... sopratutto fuori stagione !!!!! NON CONSIGLIABILE !!!
