Vigna Caio Relais & Spa

This is a hidden gem that brought me to one of my favorite towns in Italy. The complimentary breakfasts were quite good, staff was nice, the rooms were the most comfortable I've stayed in (true air-conditioning) and the location was perfect for me being nestled between the castle and the lake, making morning and evening walks some of my favorite parts of the day. Thanks to the entire staff for their part in a pleasant stay.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. The dinner and free breakfast is incredible. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom was huge with an awesome shower. The spa is so clean and nice, it’s a great place to chill out after a long day. Seriously, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Had a perfect couple days of our honeymoon here. The staff were wonderful. Our King Room with a Lake View was gorgeous with a very comfortable bed and luxurious shower. Absolutely stunning views and a lovely romantic getaway

Our son got married here in May 2024 from
California and afterwards I wish we would’ve stayed here all week. There is easy access to go on the train to visit all Rome tourist areas. Rooms and service were impeccable. From delicious complementary breakfast to addressing any needs that arise over the weekend it was taken care of. Front staff helped us arrange airport transportation, and were very helpful and arranging transportation with family that stayed in town of Bracciano. It’s walking distance down to the lake where there is tons of wonderful restaurants and lake rentals. We can’t wait to return.

A beautiful hotel with an amazing service. The hotel staff were always making sure we had everything we wanted and welcoming. The massage and the spa was really good.

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise and they serve authentic Italian food with locally sourced ingredients.

Spent two nights here at then end of a week of Rome and Umbrian travel. We were very pleased with the super relaxed experience. Great Lake view and the late September weather brought both rains and sun along with fantastic lake breeze scents up to the veranda and eating area.

The spa is great and I recommend taking them up on a massage to seal the deal.

This place was the perfect down time after visiting the many awesome little hill top towns.

Would completely do this again.

We stayed at Vigna Caio Relais & Spa for two nights for a wedding. The food was great, the grounds and views of the lake were incredible, and the hospitality and customer service was awesome. Paola was awesome and incredibly kind. We will definitely be back!

Everything is on point. Staff is friendly and helpful. Foos is incredible at the restaurant. Room was elegant and comfortable. Had a beautiful romantic visit and will definitely come back.

We stayed here one night on our way out of Italy, not wanting to trek back into Rome after being elsewhere in Central Italy. Vigna Caio is a fabulous small property with beautiful views. A great stop over to or from Rome or Rome's airport.

Very very impressive customer service. Everyone was amazing so helpful and wonderful. Truly the best service we had in all 🇮🇹 . The hotel is beautiful and the spa soo tidy and professional! On top of that due the fact our flight was earlier we couldn’t have morning breakfast but imagine they came earlier so we can have it. Extraordinarily 👏👏👏 Definitely we will come back and recommend Vigna Caio to everyone ❤❤❤
