Worst "express" shipping ever. The staff needed half an hour to fill and print a simple DHL label. In the meantime, a DHL driver came to pick up his parcels. I asked "so that's it for today, the shipment will only be sent tomorrow?" and the lady replied "he will come back later". It turned out she lied to me. Now, 2,5 days / 60 hours after drop off, the envelope is in some sorting center in Rome. It's scheduled delivery to it's destination is on Friday. So basically, this 35€ "express" DHL delivery takes a week. That's slower than a regular letter. And the staff in this store lied to me. Very disappointing.
