Hotel Costazzurra Museum & Spa

A hidden gem. this hotel has a small museum and a small spa. Although we didn't get to use the spa we heard it was wonderful. a really cute little restaurant with a great waitress by the name of Roberta. The front desk lady was a beautiful blonde super friendly and went out of her way to show to me where to get my hair done. Which by the way was right down the street.
very personable and the staff was great very attentive. Close to the beach and the greatest gelato shop ever down the street from hotel. Plus complimentary bottle of nice wine on check out.

Room was beautiful and had air conditioning. Our other hotels didn’t have great AC if they did. Everything was very clean and updated. Sauna and steam room were great and had a relaxing ambiance. Hot tub wasn’t super hot but still nice to relax. The couples massage (California) and body scrub left us feeling very relaxed and exfoliated our skin.

Service was above fantastic everyone was so nice and helpful in all our needs. Hospitality is their priority. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. Boiled eggs, sunny side up eggs, fruits, sausage, bacon, cereals, pastries, juices, coffee, meats, and cheeses.

Location was perfect to see the temples and close to the beach, and the Stair of Turks. Would definitely recommend this hotel for Agrigento. Central to all things you want to see. They had gated parking as well which was nice to not have to worry about finding or paying for parking.

Nice hotel near the coast with a family friendly swimming pool and spa area. Spend my birthday there, really happy with the staff and food, closeness to the Valley of the Temples makes it a great spot.

Room:
Very big size, very clean, cozy bed and pillows, very light and big windows, deluxe room with a bicycle and some barbells to train.

Bathroom:
extraordinary shower with two rain showers and a window to the room with a window shutter to open, if you like. Very clean and big.

Service:
You get a welcome drink, which was great and you can have some free snacks to it like cheese, chips, olives and Italian sausage. We loved it.
Very nice staff, very helpful and courteous. You even get a present in the end.

Breakfast:
Very very delicious. Good choice of all you need (sweet and salty).

Pool:
Didn’t used it, ugly not so nice, but it is located on the other side of the street and behind a gate to open with a code, so you don’t really recognise that it‘s not that nice. If you want a good pool and chill there, take a mother hotel.

Outside area: nice, quiet.

Location:
Nice beach bars and restaurants in walking distance.

From the first contact with the staff at the reception of the Costazurra hotel, it was obvious that hospitality was at the centre of their business model. We were a party of two couples in our seventies and were welcomed with friendly efficiency and shown to very comfortable well equipped rooms. The following morning at breakfast, which was plentiful and varied, we asked for mugs in place of the smaller coffee cups which are the norm. These were promptly provided. The following day we arrived back to our rooms to find an electric kettle and two mugs in each of our rooms with tea and sugar on the tray. This awareness of our preferences was both surprising and very much appreciated. We were staying for 7 days and during that time all the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful to each of us. The presence of some authentic and very interesting archaeological items presented in museum conditions added to our pleasure as did a spa treatment in the very modern and relaxing spa within the hotel. As we were paying our bill before leaving, we were presented with a bottle of local wine, a further gesture that ensured we would be very happy to return in the future and to highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Very friendly and kind staff. We loved our room. We had a terrace with a hot tub that was so nice. The room was super clean. Everything about this place is amazing.Definitely recommend it!

Nice rooms, decorated with actual museum pieces - well done. The staff went out of their way to make the tour with dinner happen for us. Good breakfast, and a charger for EVs.

Very bright and clean hotel with good facilities. Nice restaurant and a superb spa. Interesting museum pieces lovingly & professionally displayed. Wish we could stay longer.

Awesome place ! You will find mir than you spect! Modern, super clean, comfortable rooms,great restaurant with show, Small museum showing original pices found in the biggest archeological area in the world. Super well managed by owner, pool , excursion service AND MUCH MORE.

I stayed here one night. The steps were very helpful and welcomed us heartedly. The room was spacious and clean.
