Residence Molinari Lake Como

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Molinari, the views are stunning and the hosts went above and beyond. We loved the apartment, the terrace and additional sunbathing area. The public beach is very close by and there are quite a few options to dine out in Lezzeno. Highly recommend this Residence and the hosts! Many thanks

It is difficult to describe how great our experience was! Five stars is not enough. The apartment has truly stunning views of the lake from inside and from the spacious terrace. It is clean and quiet. There are several good restaurants within walking distance as well as a small market with all the basics. Fabulous apartment in a great location. We chose not to drive but used the bus and ferry to see Varenna, Como, and Bellagio.
We stayed for 5 nights and Dani and Eros could not have been more helpful. They made dinner reservations, assisted us with bus and ferry schedules, one evening Eros drove us to dinner as it was raining! We are an older couple who have stayed in apartments all over the globe (before there was such a thing as air bnb or VRBO) and these guys are the BEST HOSTS we have ever encountered, we would return just to have the pleasure to stay with them again!

We’ve now stayed at Residence Molinari twice and, as it is so good, we are already planning our third trip. The views from the apartment terrace are quite simply breathtaking. The apartment is clean, modern and has very comfortable beds. Dani and Eros are fantastic hosts. Always on hand and responsive, offering local tips and suggestions. Do not hesitate to stay here if you’re thinking about it (but make sure you book early as their calendar fills up fast).

We spent 6 nights in the Garden Bright apartment and all our expectations were either met or exceeded. Dani and Eros went out of their way to make sure we have all we need and they readily shared any tips or advice to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the views are so beautiful. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 and we appreciated the outdoor space to have breakfast and other meals at. Boat rental is just a short walk away, as well as a lovely small shop where we purchased fresh bread and cheese each morning. Lezzeno is a great base from which to explore and we so appreciated being outside of the busy Bellagio environment. There are a few beach options within walking distance, which was great. If we visit Lake Como again, we will not look further than this apartment, it met all our needs. Thank you, Dani and Eros for looking after us so well.

Dani and Eros went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We stayed 2 nights in the Terrace Apartment. The views of the lake are stunning! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a rental car and a parking spot was provided with our apartment. As far as dining near by, we walked and had pizza at Crotto dei Pescatori, which was excellent. We also ate at Osteria Il Governo 1801, which was an exceptional, fine dining experience! I highly recommend making a reservation here, it was buonissimo!

We had a great stay at residence Molinari! Daniel was a great host, extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is very beautiful, clean and modern with central heating keeping the place very cosy. The patio is the highlight with amazing view of the lake and it’s mountain back drop. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lake Como. Thank you Daniel for making our stay so wonderful.

The entire stay at Residence Molinari was the best trip to Lake Como we have ever made. We have been to the region many times, but we have never been greeted and assisted so professionally and warmly by hosts. Check-in and check-out were both very pleasant. Questions, before and during the trip, are answered thoroughly within a short time.
Besides the incredibly outstanding view from the flat and especially from the garden onto the lake and villas on the other side of the lake, the flat is well located. You can reach many lovely destinations by car, but also by public transport. The wonderful and super cute town of Bellagio is only a few minutes away, from where you can also take beautiful boat trips to other charming towns.
But if you prefer to stay on site, you won't get bored either. You can swim in the lake or rent a boat from one of the two rental stations, both within easy walking distance. There are some great restaurants, especially for pizza lovers, Dani, the host, has a great tip, but he offers a recommendation for every taste. If you prefer to cook at home, you can also go to one of the two shops that provide everything you need.

All in all, we were just thrilled. The view, the apartment, the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of Dani and his brother. We will certainly never forget this holiday. You rarely or never see anything like Residence Molinari. We really recommend it!!!

A beautiful place to stay, with amazing views. The patio area was perfect, and it was an easy walk down to the lake. Can't wait to go back, I'd highly recommend staying here. The management is great also, and very easy to communicate with.

The property is fantastic! Great views of Lago di Como, 10 minutes by car to Bellagio. The apartment and property are were spotless. Danny the property manager was incredible! We will be coming back and highly recommend it!

Le lieu favoris de nos vacances depuis 3 ans!
Un accueil chaleureux et humain dans un petit coin de paradis.
Nous sommes venus en famille et nos enfants ne s'en lassent pas.
L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir les richesses du lac avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter en famille.

Super semaine dans l'appartement "bright" au premier étage. La vue est absolument magnifique. L'appartement est spacieux, fonctionnel et climatisé. Merci Dany et sa famille pour leur accueil et recommandations.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit! Ein ruhiger Ort, abseits vom Trubel und doch ist alles schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt oberhalb des Hauses. Die Vermieter sind bei der Organisation der Tickets behilflich. Zum Fähranleger läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, zum Bootsverleih (tolle Sache!) und Wassersportmöglichkeiten etwa 15 Minuten. Den kleinen Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht (z. B. täglich frische panini), erreicht man in 5 Minuten. Nette Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe.
Wir haben alles zu Fuß, mit dem Schiff oder dem Bus erledigt und es genossen, das Auto (für das es einen komfortablen Parkplatz am Haus gibt) nicht nutzen zu müssen.
Da es sehr heiß war, haben wir fast jeden Tag im See gebadet, der quasi vor der Haustür liegt.
Die Wohnung ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, großzügig bemessen, und es fehlt an nichts.
Der Blick ist traumhaft!!! Die Terrasse mit Rasenfläche ist ein herrlicher Platz zum Entspannen oder gemeinsamen Essen. Die herzliche und außergewöhnlich aufmerksame Beratung und Unterstützung von Dani, u.a. bei Reservierungen, haben wir dankbar angenommen. MILLE GRAZIE für einen super Urlaub!

Posizione spettacolare, proprio di fronte a Villa Balbianello.
L’accoglienza e la professionalitá di Dani non erano seconde a nessuno.
Appartamento recentemente rinnovato con tutto quello che si può desiderare,inoltre la struttura gode di un gigantesco parcheggio, cosa molto difficile da trovare sul Lago Di Como.
Non posso raccomandare abbastanza questo posto!
