Wine Not?

We had the most incredible experience at “Wine Not?’ in Florence, Italy! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest welcome by an amazing staff. The service and attention to detail were beyond compare.

The manager, Ali, went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. He took the time to explain everything in detail, and what impressed me the most was that he did it in English. As a non-Italian speaker, it was such a treat to have someone who could communicate effectively and make us feel comfortable.

But the experience didn't stop there. Matilde and Domain, were also amazing.

Ali was very knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs throughout the evening. He recommended the perfect wine pairings for our appetizers.

Wine Not has become one of my favorite place for food and experience in Florence. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Drinks were so good. Good price. Am coming back with my friends all the time. We came for cocktails but the food looked amazing. Definitely returning for more drinks and to try the food. The people were great, good music and environment. Ali and Dorian were great. Highly recommend!!!

Came here 2 nights in a row - staff was lovely (and quite charming!), wine and cocktails were delicious!! The pinsas were 5 stars. Definitely recommend if you're in the area 😋

Lovely wine bar! Attentive staff, delicious glasses or wine, great price. The Dolomiti Saudi tan was adventurous, smooth and classic all around once. Highly recommend!

This new wine bar was fantastic! Such a cute, chic interior, super friendly and helpful staff, and a great atmosphere/vibe for an aperitivo. We had 2 glasses of wine plus their tagliere and we were so impressed!

New and modern wine bar in the city.Service and food quality on top. Really enjoyed our time having dinner at this place. Totally recommend It.
