Macelleria- Salumeria Asciutto Salvatore

A warm welcome greeted us as we entered the Macelleria on our visit to the beautiful town of Collesano. We were there to buy cheese and I was so impressed by the variety and also the - typical Sicilian - individuality of each. I was with a Sicilian friend which was nice too and Salvo offered us generous portions to sample first. Unfortunately this kind of specialisation is becoming more rare even here as apparently the young aren't drawn to the dawn to dusk lifestyle. So it's a bit of magic to sample it still - grazie Salvo!

Carne di altissima qualità. Pacco arrivato a Roma in pochissimo tempo e in ottime condizioni. Salvo premuroso e sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Consigliatissimo. 🔝🔝🔝

Preso una fiorentina fatta maturare lentamente in cella ben 4 mesi. (Mai mangiato prima una carne così). Inutile commentare il risultato. 7 minuti su entrambi i lati e altri 7 minuti in piedi sul ossa con la brace non troppo forte. E venuta perfetta tipo roast-beef. Delizioso 🤤

Super boucherie très bien tenue. Viande tout droit venue de la ferme à proximité. Excellent accueil et en français ! Il ne reste plus qu à déguster nos côtes de bœuf

Altissima qualità delle carni madonite, con prelibatezze difficili da trovare in Sicilia, come la carne frollata, e i salami realizzati artigianalmente. Il tutto accompagnato da grande gentilezza e disponibilità.
Interessante, e non solo in periodi di epidemia, la possibilita di ricevere i loro prodotti a Palermo a casa vostra.

Benché fosse chiuso, ma lavorava all'interno di domenica pomeriggio, non ha esitato a farci entrare, era per un assaggio della salsiccia locale, e niente.. Ci siamo portati mezza macelleria. Il proprietario gentile molto preparato sui prodotti sia suoi che di altro che vendeva, naturalmente tutto locale. Ottimo molto pulito
