What can I say.... The food was amazing!!! We had eggplant parmigiana, steak tartar, zucchini pasta, and some vino, then finished with amaro each. Tartar was absolutely amazing. Zucchini pasta and Eggplant parmigiana were heavenly good.

Our first stop for food in Ragusa Ibla. Our server was very welcoming and attentive. We opted for their tapas-like menu of local favorite dishes. Our table was filled soon with plates of food and each one so delicious. The couscous was light and fresh, the selection of local cheese was divine, and my husband said the sun dried tomatoes were the best he’s ever tasted. We only after learned this was only day 3 of being open. They are going to great and we would highly recommend!

This place made our evening really wonderful. The waitress was very attentive and suggested great food options - we recommend ordering a set of local foods and their house wine.

2 out 3 meals were a hit, but no charge for the miss. Still deserves their high rating.

I was especially impressed with how family-friendly the atmosphere was. They were so attentive to our kids, offering a great selection of dishes that catered to their tastes as well. It’s not always easy to find a place where both adults and children can enjoy a meal, but this restaurant truly delivered.

The food was delicious, the ambiance was cozy, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Ragusa Ibla. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip!

Had a great meal here while in Ragusa as well as their other restaurant La Bottega. Had an appetiser that was fried cheese with bread and a main. Both were great and the staff really good especially as it rained and everyone had to move inside.

Cucina Sincera is a fantastic spot for anyone who loves real Italian food. The cozy, welcoming vibe makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in.

I started with the Caprese salad, which was super fresh—juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella. Then, I tried the beef tartare, and it was incredible. The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned, making every bite a treat.

For dessert, I had a slice of tart with a rich espresso, and it was the perfect finish. The tart was buttery and sweet, just right.

Overall, Cucina Sincera is a place where you can expect great food and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

A very traditional Italian place in the most stunning location with plenty of vegan options on the menu. The staff were so friendly and could not do more to accommodate my vegan diet. A great find and highly recommend

Awesome restaurant in the heart of the Ragusa City Center. Staff and owner was extremely attentive and their local tasting menu for two was both reasonably priced and offered large portions. I will definitely be back when visiting Ragusa again.

Delicious food just steps away from the Duomo overlooking the Church of Saint Joseph. Excellent friendly staff, great prices and fantastic sampling tapas like menu in the heart of the Piazza. Tons of food with a diverse sampling of the local cuisine. If you are in Ragusa Ibla this is a must!!

It was simply brilliant. The service was the best we have had in Sicily. Friendly, courteous and helpful. The pasta with onions was superb and was the pasta with vegetables and pomodoro too. The cannoli is to die for. Don't miss it if you're in Ragusa Ibla.
