Camping Village Lago Maggiore

Good clean campsite with decent facilities. Restaurant on site was good, supermarket next door was really good. Couple of km into town but reception staff booked taxis for us. Reception staff incredibly helpful made Restaurant reservations for us in town. Nice national park nearby. Lake location stunning vista

I would recommend this to friends and fam. Stayed in a villa and the service was good. We were here off season. September.

Some stuff is weird, where do you keep the coats? airco unit not connected to the remote? A giant does not fit in the showers. Swimming pool was freezing. The food place (eleven) gets his own review (3/5)

Aside from the bad: Bed is good, location is really centered around the tourist traps around, occasionally a plane comes over but we didn't mind. The playground is awesome and the pool is new and cool!! (And did I mention it was cold?!)

Best location with access to a beach (3 min walk) and 50% discount on the beach chair and umbrella (5€ after discount ). The service Is good and everything is clean . Some places are totally under trees which is very nice during summer days . The camping offers also big villas and high ceiling tents. There are two swimming pools one for kids and one for adults. A swimming cap is mandatory for the swimming pools. If you don’t have it it’s 3€. WiFi costs 2€ per day but I didn’t test it . You get very good 5g connection with TIM network . There’s also a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices . One night for a small can and two adult was 60€ in August . Just 100m from the camping you have supermarkets at very reasonable prices.

My family and I enjoyed our week-long stay at Camping Village Lago Maggiore. What made our holiday special were the kids' clubs. The adults were able to relax while the kids enjoyed various activities. My kids were excited to go back day after day. It seems like they have a good selection process for the staff / young adults who facilitate the kids' activities, as well as a broad range of languages spoken amongst the staff including German, Persian, French, English, and Italian.

Out of all the campings in area this one is definitely the best. Very clean and nice appartment and good location. The only complaint i have is that you have to pay for the sunbeds at the beach and pool, for this price it should be included. The service is very good, we had problem with the electricity and someone came very fast and fixed it and came to check again next morning if everything was good 👍🏻

Very nice campsite. Pretty big. Pitches are kept incredibly well. Bathroom were clean. You need a swimming cap when in the pool (even the young kids 2yo) which to me seems a little silly but fair enough..

I don’t often post reviews, however after the amazing week I’ve just had, felt like I should. Where do I start… amazing beach, great restaurant, great evening entertainment, super location and friendly staff… I could go on. The kids absolutely loved it and we can’t wait to return!

Second visit and the place doesn’t disappoint on return. The Selectcamp reps seem to all be lovely whenever you go. In 2020 the rep was James, who twice helped us out immediately with minor issues with the mobile home. The mobile homes themselves are cleverly designed and immaculately clean. The site is a lovely mix of glamping, camping, caravanning and what seem to be semi-permanent residents. The new entertainment complex seems to aimed at the younger guests and their families. Eleven Cafe seems to have gone a little more upmarket than our first visit, but is still excellent value for money given the quality.

Direct access to little beach, very nice big playground for children with restaurant next to it. Camping is big, but not to big. We had a maxi caravan (Camelia), which was nice. The double bed was not good though. The bed base was bend in the middle, and we got a backache from it. But overall we would definitely recommend it with (little) kids!

An excellent place to spend your vacation! A nice, clean and modern camp site with all the luxuries you would expect. Staff are very friendly, the restaurant serves good food and there is a swimming pool and beaches at the lake. The camp site is maintained to a very high standard.

Very helpfull and nice people in the reception. Always Very clean shower and toilet area. Alice Beach is only 200 meters away and a friendly place for the children. Can only recommand this campsite. Large pool and playground area.

The most friendly and accommodating Staff. Absolutely one of the best campgrounds we have visited. Puzza is delicious and playground gor the. hildren is amazing. And Gigante grocery store is just a stones theow away👍👍👍

Office was great. I had a problem and it was solved in 5 min. A place itself is a bit loud, but very comfortable. Two good beaches in less then 5 min walk

Calm surroundings. Perfect place to take a break from everyday duties.
