We recently bought an apartment in Bellano and Fabrizio was introduced to us by our able realtor. Fabrizio is very dependable, resourceful and very easy to work with despite our language barrier...enter Google translate! He previously installed additional electrical sockets for our apartment to accommodate our internet installation. Also today he was kind enough to install our induction stovetop which he ordered for us to fit the stove space we have. And even better is that he carries all sorts of electronics one might need around the house. Check it out for yourself - we got here when still cooler and got a few portable heaters from his shop. We also needed under cabinet lighting in the kitchen and voila...he's got these cool LED wands that work for us. You see with Fabrizio, there are no problems...only solutions. Bravo, Fabrizio!
