Centro olistico Kenkō

I had the great honour of being treated at the Kenko Centre in Palermo, Sicily. As an asthma sufferer, the Pranayama exercises really allowed me to centre and focus on my breathing allowing me the tools to focus on taking steps to try heal myself naturally as to not only be reliant on my asthma pump but to holistically engage in the process of listening to my body and to do these exercises to relax. Alice is wonderful instructor whose voice was soothing and therapeutic and the beautiful setting allowed me to be in tune with nature. An added touch was dedicating the pranayama session to to people we are grateful for. It was spiritually and physically a healing experience. I would highly recommend this centre.

Alice bravissima.Riesce con il massaggio a trasferirti la sua serenita' .Mi ha dedicato 2 ore del suo tempo in un ambiente molto confortevole e io mi sento rinata.GRAZIE

Ho ricevuto un trattamento bellissimo, molto rigenerativo. Alice ha un tocco molto dolce ed è attenta e in "ascolto" per trovare e riarmonizzare i blocchi nel nostro corpo, assolutamente raccomandato.

All inizio ero scettico...pensavo in un massaggio come altri...ed invece .. incredibilmente ho sentito tutte le ossa mettersi a posto in un attimo..poi toccando delle parti intestino , stomaco, vescica....mi ha fatto rinascere e ritornare a urinare senza dolore...mi ha abbassato la voglia di mangiare e sono sgonfiato in solo 8 giorni a bere solo acqua...che dire ancora..fatevi fare un massaggio subito.. logicamente da Alice Bajardi😘
