I Cipressi Winery - Montepulciano

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It was wonderful to hear Manuel talk about the art and science of winemaking, which he grew up learning from his family. He obviously has a passion for it and his tour was very personal and informative. He answered all of our questions & was extremely personable. The wine was wonderful & reasonably priced. We would definitely return in the future.

This is a small, family winery (mom, dad and son Manuel) and they are very passionate and knowledgeable about wines! My husband and I had a fabulous afternoon touring the vineyard and learning about the I Cipressi wines. After the tour, we sat on a grassy area overlooking the vineyards while tasting their wonderful wines, accompanied by a lovely plate of premium meats and cheeses. It is a magical setting! Manuel and his father made us feel very welcome and we learned a lot about the family history and how they approach wine making. We highly recommend you make time for this experience if you find yourself in Tuscany. .

This winery deserves a 10/10! Manuel you were an absolute delight and your dad was so sweet. I loved this family vineyard. You treated our group of 4 like old friends and welcomed us with open arms on our last minute reservation. This was by far one of the most personable wine tastings I have ever experienced. Manuel, I appreciate your passion, knowledge, and fun banter. After we walked through the vineyard, we walked away with one bottle of each. Our group even decided not to go to other vineyards as we wanted to end our wine tour on the highest note. Thank you Manuel and Luigi for your warm Tuscan welcome.

The host Manuel is very acknowledgeable and is able to convey to his guests using plain language. The wines and the sacks they prepared for us were beyond our expectations.

After our vineyard tour and tasting and buying several bottles, we made a special trip later in our vacation to pick up several more bottles for friends. No appointment, but because they live on site, they accommodated us. We love this family and the vino was the best!! 🥰

A great experience at this wonderful winery with Manuel and his father! We were very warmly welcomed at arrival and they were so accommodating despite how late we were. The wine was delicious, the view beautiful and the explanations wonderful. This felt really authentic and such a lovely experience! Would highly recommend this amazing family run winery!

This father-son duo beats any winery experience I’ve had. Manuel and Luigi made our experience feel more like family than just another American tour group. Some wineries offer you wine, Cipressi embraces you into their vineyard like an old friend. Plus, you walk away with a true sense of Tuscan customs and traditions, and perhaps one too many bottles of great wine!

We visited I Cipressi for a tasting and it met all of our expectations and more! Manuel and his father Luigi were very welcoming. We had a small intimate tour of the vineyards, cellar and then got to try all the wines! They were so good, I had to buy some bottles and send them back home to share with friends! Thank you so much for the experience Manuel and we look forward to visiting the region and your winery again!

We had an excellent experience at I Cipressi. Manuel showed us around the entire property and explained the process & the history of the winery. This was followed by a tasting. The wine was great and we actually had a case shipped home to the US. They also included local meats and cheeses along with the tasting which added a very nice touch. It was a very personalized experience at a small family-run winery. I would highly recommend visiting if you’re in the region.

Wonderful little winery with great wines and a lovely service from father and son. We‘ll come back to this beautiful place again.
We bought 2 bottles of wine and we will think of this place when we are back in Colonia.

We really enjoyed the experience and wines were amazing. The whole tour was really genuine and you could really sense one honest and personal approach from lovely winemakers who really enjoy what they are doing. During our stay in Tuscany, we toured several wineries, from large to small. Having been to wine country in the U.S., many times, I have to say that our 2 hrs with winemaker Manuel Cipressi and his father was one of my favorites. He took the time to answer our many questions and provided us with such a customized tour and amazing tasting. We
