Osteria Volsci

Our Italian trip started off with a lot of delays, so we found ourselves 3 hours away from our destination at dinner time. This place is amazing, for the first time I relaxed. The food was delicious and came out so fast! They were very respectful of our family, got a high chair for our 2yo and even found some milk for him! The place is beautiful and clean and did I mention the delicious food? Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic restaurant, quality of steaks is mouth watering, and very well presented. Could easily drive past and think nothing of the building but don't be fooled. Atmosphere is warm and cosy, service is fantastic. Highly recommend this steak house. Selection of Scottish, Italian, Argentinean steaks and more cooked to perfection.

We had one of the best experiences at Osteria Volsci today, André, our waiter, was very friendly and made sure to give us a great service, we just felt like home! The food was incredibly tasty, good portions and fair price. Very cozy ambient with nice Italian music in the background. I marked already on my google maps as Favorite ⭐ We will definitely come back :)

We randomly stopped here for lunch on our way to Positano and were so pleasantly surprised and impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the food was very good and we had a lovely bottle of wine at the staff’s recommendation. It seems unassuming from the outside but is lovely inside. There is more parking behind as it may look like there is limited parking. It also appeared to open earlier than the listed time of 12:30pm which we saw.

We stopped half way lunch from Cortona to Positano. Probably our best meal of the trip. Full of locals, friendly staff and local food. Pasta, steaks and amazing wine! Make the stop if you can

Yes, great restaurants with excellent food and drinks, nice and professional staff and a pleasant ambience, all with for the right price, are a rarity but they still exist! I could not ask for more. I am very satisfied and willing to recommend it.

Best meal I've had in my roadtrip around southern Italy. Amazing pasta and great service that took their time to explain me the different option of the very complete menu.
Next time I'll come back for giving a try to the meat. Top quality and local products, and wide selection of wines.

*Edit after my 10 days through southern Italy, I find myself reflecting that this was the best meal I had in my entire Italian adventure.

The cacio e pepe beat out some of the best white truffle pasta I've had and I really can't recommend the food here enough.

We were driving from Pompeii to Rome and happened to find this restaurant along the way. Our food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. This was definitely one of the best meals we have had in Italy. Highly recommend!

We traveled from Rome to Napels on our first night and stopped here to eat. It was amazing. We continued our trip and on our way back decided this had been the best place we had eaten! So we made a stop especially at Frosinone.

Unfortunately, they at 16:00 and open again later in the evening. Google does not have this information, so we only got to eat here once. I hope this information gets updated.

Nonetheless, if you're reading this and are in the area (and they are open), then you must eat here.

Wow !!!! This restaurant is excellent , I personally travel a lot in the UK and to many European countries and I have to say that this restaurant is one of the best I've ever been too, the food the service the value and the atmosphere is first class , the owner who I met while in the restaurant is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on food and wine he offers , excellent local produce ... he's also very polite and welcoming . I suggest to all the people who are traveling on the highway between Rome and Naples you should stop here at this place much better than any service station . If you're ever read in frosinone take a visit , you won't be disappointed I guarantee , best regards Neil from the UK .

Cozi atmosphere, excellent food. We had ravioli, local wine and local mozzarella. Stefano was very attentive and spoke very good English.
