This is an amazing restaurant, extremely helpful and friendly staff, food was excellent, great choices and variety, very tasty cocktails, very clean place and hygienic restrooms, definitely going back, would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the area.

My partners favourite beer in all of our Sicilian travels. Good cocktails and wine with decent selection. Just had a few takeaway pizza slices given the time we visited which were tasty.

Great pissa family run restaurant.food is excellent nice beer pissa made in front of you and burgers . really nice visit we enjoyed it and they stay open late will be back for another visit

WOW! What an authentic Sicilian meal. Delicious and great atmosphere. Waitress was super helpful and the food was the best!

Me and my partner had dinner in this wonderful pizzeria and would highly recommend it! People of Carpe Diem are very nice, polite and helpful. They made us feel like home. The pizzas we tasted were absolutely devine.If you are near and looking for real honnestly made pizza this place is a safe "yes".

If you want to eat the best pastă of tour life go to Cârpe diem!!!!! The service is 10/10 very sweet people and the food and the drinks were on point. The pastă and the sauce its home made . Recommend it from my heart !

Ogni volta che torno in Sicilia vengo sempre da loro, cibo squisito, ottima qualità prezzo, servizio sempre cordiale e capace di regalarti un'ottima serata.Ve lo raccomando vivamente🙂

Siamo in vacanza a Santo Stefano di Camastra e abbiamo cenato in 4 posti differenti (incluso l’hotel dove alloggiamo). Questo locale e’ senza dubbio il migliore in paese: servizio, porzioni, qualita’/prezzo. TUTTO OTTIMO. Il resto dei ristoranti sono aperti solo per spellare i turisti 4 mesi all’anno “servendo mezze porzioni a prezzo pieno”!!!!

Bella playlist e gestori simpaticissimi.

Incluso stasera, abbiamo cenato al Carpe Diem 4 sere su 6.

I prezzi sono onestissimi se comparati col servizio, l’atmosfera, la qualita’ del cibo.

Oppure potere andare negli altri 3 ristoranti del paese o nei bar riarrangiati a ristoranti e pagare in media 15 euro a portata per farvi servire piatti quasi completamente senza cibo.

Personale davvero gentile e simpaticissima la ragazza che, nonostante la stanchezza, aveva il sorriso e la simpatia anche alle 22.30 di sabato sera

La pizza era davvero speciale, buonissima.
Sottile al punto giusto, morbida ma croccante, bordo non eccessivo, ingredienti di ottima qualità e la mozzarella era abbondante, filante e saporita

Un vero piacere per occhi e palato!

La prima sera in questa bellissima città, siamo stati accolti dalla pioggia e da queste bellissime persone che ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia e ci hanno coccolati per tutta la nostra permanenza qui. Le panelle sono strepitose, le pizze offrono un doppio spettacolo: visivo e gustoso. I dolci sono sensazionali. Tutto accompagnato dalla squisitezza e dalla premura del personale. In pochi posti ci siamo sentiti a casa; la pizzeria Carpe Diem è uno di questi. A presto, anzi, a prestissimo 😊
