I discovered Motostorm.it while looking for SW Motech kit (bags and removable arms), I received the product in a timely manner and at a much better price than here in Canada, this even with shipping and duty fees. Regarding the fees, I only wish this was advertised as I did not see that as I ordered and was surprised by them.

For the product:
It took me 45 minutes to install everything, it looks fantastic, the removable arms that come off to make it look like your bike never had bags are great! This is definitely a quality product and was well thought out, kudos to SW Motech!

Also, shout out to Motostorm as the follow-up of the order was simple and clear, they have a good system that tells you from the moment they get the order all the way to the time the items are shipped, and of course tracking with the transport.

In all, extremely satisfied with both products and vendor!

I am absolutely happy with the store but I forgot to do the evaluation.I bought a helmet a long time ago at very good price which arrived very quickly.I live in Greece.The service was excellent and I recommend it to anyone looking to buy everything for the motorcycle and the rider.Thanks guys.

Found them on searching to buy a new Abus bike helmet, they have the best price for the color we want. Very smooth seamless transaction, got the helmet in 3 days on Fedex shipping with excellent packing. Even though the shipping in not cheap, but we love the service and the helmet! Will do more business with them in future!

OUT OF COUNTRY PURCHASE
Today (11/23/23) I purchased some storage bags for my KTM 1290 Super Adventure R. The online prices were the best I've seen anywhere. My purchase on their website was also smooth and without issue. I WILL UPDATE this review for other potential customers that are considering purchasing from out of country. I am in Colorado USA. Fingers crossed that the shipping is fast and my product arrives without issue. Cheers!

UPDATE: I received the tank bag in good condition however the other pannier topper bags weren't in stock even though their website saying they are. Despite slow email communication with them getting my $ refunded for the non existing bags everything was made right by them and the $ was refunded. I would gladly do business with them again however I would first confirm that the items you want are in stock as to avoid unnecessary delay.

Fast delivery and great customer service. Found a glove (Five SF1) that I couldn’t find anywhere in US. Took a chance as I’d never heard of motostorm but everything was great. They even credited me for a packaging issue. Recommend!

Phenomenal experience. Motostorm carries major European brands such as Dainese for a fraction of what US retailers do. Ordered my gear on a Monday, shipped Tuesday, on my doorstep in Oregon, USA by Friday. These guys are great. I’ll be ordering exclusively from Motostorm from here on out.

I was sceptical after seeing some of the poor ratings online, specifically with shipping concerns and not receiving orders. Also lack of communication when approached via email. Well I ordered a hjc rpha91 helmet, with fingers crossed. I live in Canada. When ordering it was mentioned that item was not in stock and will be 7-9 days before shipping. As mentioned item shipping details were sent through and helmet was shipped out as promised. Unboxed the helmet very Happy with my order, can't wait to try the helmet out in the spring. Thank you motostorm. Also this was the best price I found online, even after shipping and import fees. Keep up the great deals Motostorm.

There are some skeptical posts about this company, but I ordered a Givi top case mounting bracket that costs 60€ less than anything other store I’ve seen online, and received it in just about a week all the way from Italy. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to order from then again. Grazie mille!

Had 2 orders through MotoStorm. Givi topbox mounting kit & mounting plate and the Topbox lighting kit.

I had read some negative reviews about Motostorm service and was a little skeptical. Pleased to say I had no issues with both orders arriving on time in Australia and in good order. Prices were much better than local pricing even taking into account postage costs.

Not the the fault of MotoStorm but the instructions from GIVI were slightly incorrect for my bike model but figured it out in the end.

I ordered an Ohlins FKS 511cartridge kit + springs on Monday and it arrived to my Canadian address same week on Thursday. The seller responded promptly to my pre-sale email. This seller had one of the best prices available and the cartridges were in stock ready to ship. I trust this seller for future purchases.

Shoei Neotec II TC-10. Great store. Ordered a helmet that was launched beginning of June 2021 and received it in 48 hours is Switzerland. While no store in Switzerland including Louis and Polo din not have it! Thank you Motostorm great job!!!

Ordered a Givi Outback Topbox for my V85TT Guzzi. Arrived in 4 days, from Italy to Brisbane Australia once shipped.
And was $250 cheaper than anywhere in Australia.

Motostorm has been great in 3 of my orders in the past 1.5 year. I live in Australia, got all my Dainese from them that have been going strong so far and just 5 days ago ordered and received my Öhlins steering damper for my V4. Guess that's pending to see how it goes but yeah, so far so good. Can't wait to put my rear shock order thru in the next few weeks ✌

Update: order received! I was scared ordering internationally but Motostorm was one of the few places that had the helmet in the color I wanted, and their price was less. Waited about 3 weeks for order to ship, then it took 3 days to arrive in CA. Thank you!!
