The apartments at Maestranza 72 are not only beautiful and elegant, but also very comfortable. The location in the heart of Ortigia is just perfect, I stayed there for work for a month and everything I could think of was ready available.
My apartment was very spacious and flooded with light, the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped with anything you may need and the decor is so lovely that it was very relaxing to come home after a long day and just rest on the couch and watch a movie.
Alice is the best host and best organizer ever and the whole staff is very helpful and professional.
I highly recommend this place and I am looking forward to come back for another long stay. Thank you so very much!!!

In the Heart of this amazing city of Ortigia, lies these beautiful apartments in a well preserved 200+ year old palace. You are so conveniently located with wonder cafes, restaurants, art galleries, hand crafted leather shops, shopping, historic sites with in walking distance. Its truly home away from home! the rooms are huge well appointed, historic and beautiful. Its an absolute must to stay here while visiting Ortigia.

This beautiful apartment was the perfect place from which to explore the many charms of Siracusa! Alice, our host, could not have been more charming, helpful and warm, and the home itself is lovely. Ideally located with great eateries and swimming spots located a short walk away, and the daily market also close by for when we wanted to stay in. We can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful place in a perfect location in the heart of Ortigia where you can find lots of restaurants and shops.
The stylish apartment is located in a beautiful and historic building.
It is very specious, clean and you will find everything you need in any room of the apartment, wonderfully equipped.
Amazing view from bedroom window as well. What i loved more was the natural light thanks to the big windows.
Alice and Max are the perfect hosts, super responsive.
I would definitely recommend, it is an excellent choise.

The apartment was in a great location- I have attached photos of the view from our room and in our room. It was in a fabulous old building. Alice was efficient with her emails and the booking was easy.
This was our favourite town in Sicily… so much atmosphere and history and great food in Ortigia.
What was outstanding here was Alice’s kindness. I was unwell and she was so helpful with a pharmacy and a doctor recommendation. It was so appreciative.
In summary, Alice looked after us very well and we loved our apartment and Ortigia.

Really nice place in the heart of Ortigia. I loved staying there, embracing the true beauty of an historic building while having all the comfort that I needed, two steps away from the main cathedral. Highly recommend.

I LOVED this place! Very clean and excellent infrastructure. The building is very central and only 200 meters from the main square (Piazza Duomo). You can easily get around by walking because everything is just a few minutes away. Amazing restaurants and winebars nearby as well.

The room gets a lot of natural light and the building is one of the most renowned and ancient Baroque noble palaces in all of Ortigia and this made my stay very magical and unique. I can't wait for next summer because I will be back for sure :).

Esperienza Magica!
Ho organizzato una sorpresa per i miei genitori durante la pausa natalizia e la scelta di Maestranza72 è stata assolutamente perfetta. Spazioso e bellissimo appartamento nel cuore di Ortigia, in una delle strade più affascinanti a pochi passi dal Duomo (3 minuti) e alle spalle dell'antico quartiere ebraico (1 minuto). Ben arredato, vista meravigliosa sulla chiesa di San Francesco all'Immacolata, molto pulito e confortevole, inserito in un contesto storico molto prestigioso.
Max, il gestore dell'appartamento, è una persona squisita, molto disponibile e ci ha fornito spunti e suggerimenti preziosi per massimizzare la nostra esperienza ad Ortigia ed in generale nel nostro tour della Sicilia Sud Orientale.
Esperienza che suggerisco a chiunque!
Ovviamente la magia di Ortigia, gremita di luci natalizie, con una vista incantevole aperta sul mare e il suo centro storico affascinante e curato hanno reso tutto veramente MAGICO!

Abbiamo soggiornato nel piccolo appartamento di via Vittorio Veneto, in totale tranquillità ma a due passi dal centro; ringrazio Alice e Max per averci segnalato i posti giusti dove gustare le prelibatezze siciliane. Ortigia è splendida !

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo palazzo con famiglia ed amici ed è stata un’esperienza davvero bella.
La posizione del palazzo è perfetta, vicinissima ai parcheggi e a due passi dalla piazza principale. L’atrio d’ingresso molto suggestivo, le camere molto pulite, eleganti e curate nei minimi dettagli. La vista in una di queste è magnifica (abbiamo fatto a gara a chi di noi la potesse prendere nonostante qualche scalino da dover fare per raggiungerla). La parte più bella del soggiorno sono stati però i proprietari, entrambi disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Ci hanno supportato in tutto, rispondendo tempestivamente ad ogni messaggio inviatogli e dandoci qualunque tipo di consiglio per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Lo consiglio davvero a tutti. Quando tornerò da quelle parti, sceglierò sicuramente loro.

Stupendo. Un palazzo barocco pieno di fascino a 3 minuti a piedi sia dal Duomo che dal mare. Ci vorrei vivere per sempre, altroché!!

Ruim en net appartement met fijn balkon op prima locatie. Alles dichtbij. Enig nadeel dat je door een slaapkamer moet om bij de andere slaapkamer te komen.

Appartamento pulito con cura e staff sempre disponibile.

Appartamento fresco, accogliente e spazioso. Strategico per visitare Ortigia, le spiagge e i siti di arte in genere.
