Eos Sea View Apartments

I had the privilege of staying at the Sea View apartment in Syracuse and truly there are not enough words to describe how amazing it was. The view from the room's window was simply magical - the sunrise lighting up the room and the sea sparkling in front, and at night, the lights of the port reflecting charmingly in the calm waters. The host was extremely welcoming, and the accommodation conditions were impeccable. I highly recommend this place as it has so many advantages - free parking right in front of the building, a friendly atmosphere, all the home amenities you need, including Netflix. And Syracuse itself is simply stunning. You can't go wrong choosing to spend time here! Cristina from Romania

A very lovely place to stay all the way around. Marcello is a great host and tended to our every need, including where to go, where to eat and what to visit. He was extremely accommodating and made our stay wonderful.The apartment was so modern and comfortable with an amazing sea view, walking distance from Ortigia and the Roman-Greek theatre. I am glad we were there for two nights. Highly recommended. Will stay there again.

We were traveling across Europe — Germany, France, Monaco, islands, but this apartment was literally amazing. Every single photo was real and you just can’t find a better offer not just in Sicily, but in Europe in general. Unbelievable view, clean rooms and large beds, kind host as well. Grazie!

Superb apartment, perfectly furnished and equipped, very clean. Ideally located (Ortiga, beach, restaurants, stores...) with a breathtaking view of the sea and harbor and a warm welcome from Marcello (punctual, advice, tips...). What's more, the apartment is located on a street with plenty of free parking spaces. Perfect!

Marcello is absolutely a 5* host.
It was possible to self-check in, everything was the same just like the pictures on booking.
The view from the sea-side bedroom was stunning, the apartment is newly renovated, modern and very clean.
Both bedrooms are on the first floor - each has an own bathroom with toilet and bide.
Parking in front of the apartment is free and there were places every time.
Before arrival I asked Marcello if there was any detergent for the washing machine, and there were everyting you need. The apartment also has a nespresso coffe machine, with capsules.
Hope return back soon to explore south-Sicily because we had only 2 nights here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay. Free parking right at the doorstep, a picturesque view of the harbor, and convenient proximity to the historical city center. The owner was also very friendly.

Waking up to a view of the harbor was spectacular and it is a short walk to the center Ortigia. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great position for who prefers to get an outstanding sea view. All amenities nearby at walking distance. Flat with all appliances offered, including filter and espresso coffee machines.
Outstanding host's cordiality and cleanness.
I would recommend it for who likes a short walk to Ortigia and who wants to benefit of much better prices and wider availability of any goods.

We visited this apartment a few weeks ago and it was just perfect. It's very modern, practical and tastefu and it's really worth it to spend your nights there if you're visiting Syracuse. its location is perfect since it's just 10 minutes walking from Ortigia where driving is quite complicated, especially during high season. Extra bonus is the fact that there is plenty of free parking right outside the apartment. Last but not least, the owner was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. All in all highly recommended place.
