Enoteca Santa Maria Novella

After I had read positive reviews of the shop I went there to buy some wines. I was guided with simple and accurate explanations. They are patient and friendly and they recommend you the wines adapt to your taste. I can recommend this cute shop to who is searching for good wines.

Great little shop. Went in looking for a local wine and the attendant helped me pick one out. Went back two days later to ship bottles back to the US. Same helpful woman was there again, telling me her favorites. Wine arrived to the US within a week.

I met Francesco 4 years ago in 2018 where he gave me fantastic advise about the bottles we purchased. It was also my first time buying multiple bottles of wine and bringing it back to the US and the wines he helped us choose was AMAZING.

4 years later, before we left from Florence again, we paid another visit and was thoroughly surprised to see that he was still here. His humor is amazing, and his knowledge even more so. We ended up buying 10 bottles and had it shipped back to the US. Currently waiting the shipment but I'm excited but next time I'm back in Florence, I am paying another visit again :)

Absolutely amazing establishment. Francesco was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my desires as a customer. He took a fair bit of time to help me select a variety of wines and spirits that matched my excessively abstract desires. In the process, he showed a great depth of knowledge as to the origin and history of each product they stocked, and used that knowledge to frame the value of the items. He was not pushy, even on the very expensive items i was looking at. Good selection of items as well. I will be purchasing items for shipping in the future because of the excellent customer service.

Walked into the store and was greeted by Francesco who proceeded to provide me a wealth of information I didn’t know about wines. We were able to narrow down our choices to one bottle after conversing for a bit. Will definitely come back for future visits to Firenze.

This wine store is immaculate! The service is exceptional. They recommended a perfect Spumanti that rivaled any French Champagne we went back the second day and bought the same one again. Wide choice of wines, chocolates and gifts. Thank you Francesco you are remarkable, we greatly appreciate your kind help!

Wine selection is great, and you can find Tuscany honey in nice jars plus locally baked delights. Just a few steps from SMN station:)

Francesco was extremely helpful and creative in coming up with a list of wines to fit my budget. He took a lot of time to understand what I like and challenged me to try something different at the same time.

This wine shop is amazing. The guys there are so cool.
The shop was in front of our hotel and we bought a great bottle of wine. The day after we ordered 18 bottles to be shipped to US California, so we had them at the time we got back home!! The shipment service was great with an affordable price.
The wine recommendations were perfect and we will certainly order again...

Was literally walking to another wine shop only to find this place and the amazing Francesco, who gave some awesome advice and great customer service. Can’t rate him highly enough to support you with your wine purchase!

Stopped by looking for a bottle - great selection. Young professional was very knowledgeable and offered to open our bottle half way as we’re out from of town and didn’t have a wine corkscrew.
