Stunning beach. Bit rocky in places but shallow with chrystal clear water and golden sands, good amenities, beach bar, toilets, have to pay to park if on beach front but not expensive. Good for children.

Great beach, you can rent sunbeds for much cheaper than Mondello (3 sunbeds 17 euro), and it has restaurants and toilets nearby.

The best beach close to Palermo in my opinion. Not as crowded as the other beaches and the water is very clean and beautiful.

Great sandy public beach, relatively calm and clean, perfect for small kids as the water is quite shallow first 150 meters

Love ❤ this place and it's my birthplace and every time I go back I feel back home like I never left Balestrate!! Because the people's are Fenomenal and kind like no others!! Love it 😀

Plaża piaszczysta idealna do zabaw w piasku.
Wejście do wody łagodne, dla dzieci super bo mogą wejść daleko o w dalszym ciągu płytko.
Przy plaży sporo knajpek i lokali.
Można też wynająć leżaki i parasole ale jest też.duzo miejsca na prywatne..
Plaża długa, minimum 3km bo tyle biegłem w jedną stronę ale być może da się dojść i do końca..
Toalety w prywatnych boksach.
Parkingow kilka 5 euro za samochód.
W niedzielę tłok jak to bywa.
Woda przejrzysta fajna do obserwacji ryb zwłaszcza przy skałkach.
Zachód słońca niestety w sierpniu za górami ale mimo to bardzo ładny.

Zdecydowanie polecam.

Municipality in Sicily, Italy

Trappeto is an Italian municipality of 3,123 inhabitants in the Metropolitan City of Palermo, located in the north-west part of Sicily. It is part of the metropolitan area of Palermo. Trappeto is 45 kilometres from Palermo and about 60 kilometres from Trapani. It is a seaside resort on the coast in the Gulf of Castellammare. The city was founded in the 15th century. Frederick II of Aragon used it as part of his hunting grounds. From this, Trappeto evolved as a fertile agricultural centre.
