Personale e proprietari sgradevoli e ladri, si sono rubati 140 euro. Avevamo una prenotazione per il fine settimana, purtroppo la mia compagna stava male e abbiamo chiesto di spostarla alla settimana successiva o quella dopo ancora. Abbiamo avvertito con 4 giorni di anticipo. Dopo varie telefonate e mail senza risposta, ci hanno scritto il giorno dopo la fine del WE dicendo che non accettano il cambio di data, ma che però ci davano il 10% di sconto sulla prossima prenotazione. Si sono rubati i soldi senza aver erogato alcun servizio. Se questo è modo di trattare il cliente mi sa che dovrebbero cambiare mestiere.
