Gentilissime le signore del negozio, prezzi alti però per una semplice bottiglia d'acqua da 50ml (€1,90)...ma è così in tutto l'aeroporto

To give this shop 1 star is ridiculous. It is a ZERO star. My husband bought a book and 2 magazines five minutes ago. We are from Canada so he bought me Vogue and Elle in English. Unfortunately he forgot he had bought me the Elle yesterday. I went back in the store and tried to find another English magazine and nothing was available. I tried to get our money back (remember / we had only made the purchase 5 minutes ago) and the clerk says Sorry. We do not allow refunds in Italy!!! What?! I might as well have thrown 15 Euro out the window. Would have felt better. Disgusting and ignorant service!!!
