Much appreciation to Aquila, Gabri and giulia from the Florence Ja Malone boutique. They were really helpful and provided great recommendations in my purchase. Had some issues with the filing of tax refunds but they went the extra length to check with the tax refund provider for us. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of visiting Jo Malone Florence , and I must say, it was an enchanting experience from start to finish. The boutique exuded elegance and sophistication, with its sleek decor and beautifully arranged displays. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me in finding my perfect fragrance.

We had a wonderful sales woman named Reynau (don't know spelling) she was from Uzbekistan. Lovely!

Gabriel was very helpful and suggested some fragrances that would mix well which was great. I also really liked the fact that you could customize the caps for your fragrances here~ it was a great bonus to the buying experience. Apparently only 8 shops can do this and one is here in Florence!

Had the best experience in the store today. Staff was very knowledgable, warm and welcoming. Will definetly recommend my friends to come here!

Esperienza ottima, personale cordiale che ti fa sentire a casa e ti guida passo passo con una cura nella descrizione dei prodotti molto apprezzabile! Lo consiglio vivamente, unica cosa non avevano più buste di carta piccole ma mi hanno offerto la scelta tra quella grande e una dust bag che ho preferito.
