Hotel Villa Luisa Resort & Spa

A nice hotel, which groves on you. I like that the service level is somewhere between alot and not so much. This is perfect. You get everything you ask for. The breakfast is grate, and they do serve the coffee or prosecco at the table if you speak with the staff. But it's also a coffee machine for self sevice. The restaurant is very good, but it's needed to book table upfront. If bot you are more than welcome to eat when ever you want in the bar. That serve dinner and lunsh there as well.
Rooms are clean and spacious. But the furniture outdoors need to be replaced. The outdoors also need small upgrades here and there. It is unfortunately two unusable small pools and the roof. I would like to see all facilities up and running.

10-15min walk to the beach. Round Stone beach. I like it there very much.

Free parking outdoors, but also inside in the parking cellar. They have three charging spots in the parking house with the choice of 230V(blue) 1phase or 400V (red) three phases industry plugs for each spot. Free charging at day time. 8€ for over night charging.

Alle in all it ok according to the price. We loved it here.

New owners! Huge improvement on an already good hotel.

This is our 4th stay and our first under the new owners of 2022.

The service, food and staff have all stepped up a gear and made this to a true 5 star service hotel.
Special mention got to the general manager, maintenance and lovely receptionist along with restaurant and bar staff and the spa treatment staff.

The food quality and presentation has also improved from good to excellent.

Well done and thank you guys.

Keep it up. Some of the group will see you in September for their second visit if 2022 and we are rebooking with extended stays for June 2023.

Special place, good for short holidays and also for work or relax. Water is dominant with two spa and big exterior pool with salty water is luxury place. One of the best in gardasee panorama. Alberto and his team are the best, great dishes and services, always great with all the people. I recommend it all.

We booked a last minute stay at Villa Luisa. The staff were lovely and the facilities were modern and clean (the facade of the hotel is a bit dated but otherwise nice). The room was spacious with beautiful views to the mountain and a super comfy and big bed. Breakfast was fine, nothing to rave about, but managed well during Covid. We enjoyed the spa and made use of the covered parking. The location was also perfect (if you have a car), walking distance to a couple of small towns with nice restaurants, and well located if you want to explore the lake via car. It was definitely good value for money.

Cosa possiamo dire? Ottimo albergo, struttura con qualche anno ma tenuta bene. Staff quasi tutto in linea con quello che vuol dire essere cordiali e disponibile per il cliente. Quello che mi viene da dire è l’aria che si respira o che fa respirare il direttore. L’ abbiamo conosciuto subito al ns arrivo, si è mostrato disponibile, gentile e pronto ad esserci d’aiuto. Abbiamo avuto modo di usare i seguenti servizi:
Ristorante: complimenti ai camerieri ma sopratutto allo chef.
Reception: brave e gentili
Spa: acqua a temperatura a norma di legge ovvero 29gradi, chi vuole di più deve andare alle terme, ragazza all’accoglienza gentilissima e brava davvero, mia moglie ha usato anche il sevizio manicure.. ottimo.
Direttore: ce ne fossero..
pulizia: si può migliorare quello si, ma penso che al migliorare non c’è mai la fine, soprattutto se parliamo di pulizia.
Resoconto, ci tornerò? Senza dubbio. Lo consiglio? Sì alla grande!

Wir waren im Juni 2024 in dem Hotel. Wir haben bei unserem vertrauten Reisebüro L‘Tur Trier gebucht. Danke dir Thomas für die tolle Empfehlung des Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis der Zimmer war hervorragend! Alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Balkon und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen! Ein toller großer Außenpool zum Entspannen. Ansonsten sind wir sehr viel gewandert. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Viele Grüße an die tollen Mitarbeiter. 🙋🏻‍♀🐶🙋🏻‍♂

Das beste und schönste Hotel indem ich jemals war. Ein schönes Haus, tolle Zimmer, gross genug für 2-3 Personen. Schwimmbecken draußen, und Hallenbad. Wellnessbereich. Frühstück mit super Auswahl, manchmal wusste ich garnicht was ich zuerst essen sollte. Das Personal so freundlich und nett. Die Bar mit allen Getränken die es gibt, schöne Lounge mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Die vier Sterne sind nicht genug. Ich vergebe alle Sterne die es gibt.

Bin das 5 mal jetzt hier und freue mich schon auf das nächste mal. Super nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist einfach nur Klasse. Tolle Auswahl und neue Atmosphäre. Abendessen alleine durch das Salatbuffet wird man schon satt. Wie gesagt, tolles Hotel und ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden im Hotel. Die Anlage und unser Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool war sehr erfrischend.
Auch der Spa-Bereich, wenn auch etwas klein, war top gepflegt und trug zu unserer Erholung bei.
Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Man findet im Ort authentische Restaurants und auch der Steinstrand am kleinen Hafen ist sehr schön. Am Strand war das Wasser sehr klar und erfrischend.

Eine besondere Erwähnung hat in unseren Augen das Personal des Hotels verdient.
Egal ob Zimmer-Service, Rezeptionist, Barkeeper oder das tolle Team im Restaurant. Alle waren immer gut gelaunt, hatten mal einen Spruch auf Lager, waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viel gelacht und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Danke an das Team.
