Park Hotel Casimiro Village - Blu Hotels

We stayed here for 4 nights from April 12th and are so glad we chose this hotel. Every part of this hotel looks as good as it does online/Instagram if not better!!! The staff are fantastic and are always happy to help, from the reception team, spa staff and waiters, all lovely helpful people. Absolutely stunning view of the lake from the balcony of our room. My partner treated me to a massage in the spa which was the best I have ever had and I’ve had many of them in England! The food every morning/evening was 10/10. Absolutely lovely guy who played the Piano of the Saturday evening and even played one of my favourite songs, he was fantastic! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay around lake Garda, absolutely perfect place. I felt so chilled and relaxed every single day here and wish I’d of stayed longer. Can’t wait to come back 😀

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake, beautiful view. No kettle in the room but we brought a travel one. The tap water in the room is fine to drink and we filled bottles and put them in the fridge. You can also buy a bottle of water for 3 euros in the restaurant at night. There are boat trips every day to different towns around the lake where there are lovely streets with bars, shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night but we sat having a drink overlooking the lake and a singer was in the bar some nights and this was fine after a day sightseeing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the hotel is lovely and very clean I can’t fault it. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want busy days and relaxing evenings. The pool is lovely and clean for a chill day. Would highly recommend this hotel no problems at all.

I stayed for a few days and the hotel was amazing, the service was fantastic. After leaving the hotel my car broke down so I had to return and ask to stay for a few extra days. They went out of their way to help me, they were sympathetic to my situation and helped me extend my stay and give me a late checkout whilst my car was being fixed. The reception team were perfect and all the staff are great. I highly recommend this hotel and will return!

Immaculately clean. Staff smart, efficient and friendly.
Food excellent. Pools well kept as are gardens etc. Good for local transport links. 90mins from Verona and hour from Garda by public transport which is what we wanted so perfect. Excellent.

Went there with my wife and baby in June and we were bowled over by the location, view, facilities and most of all the hospitality. Alemat, Adama, Julietta and everybody there were so friendly and helpful it enhanced our time there above and beyond what would've been a great holiday anyway because of the luxury of the hotel and the amazing location.

A few tips if you're staying in the area.

- Use the ferry! The port is literally a two minute walk away and you can get to pretty much everywhere around the Lake. Some trips are very long though, just beware.

- Go to Isla Del Garda - it picks up from the same area as the ferry a couple of times a week and is stunning

- Go to Gardone Riviera (10 mins on ferry) - you'll feel like you're in a Knives Out film and the Botanic Gardens there are really peaceful and beautiful

- There is a shop (F&D market) a 20-30 minute walk away which has most of what you might need beyond what the restaurant and bar have at the hotel

- Hire/take a car - I think this was our only mistake as you are quite limited as to where you can go, without one.

Overall, amazing location. Lovely hotel. Great people. Can't wait to go back.

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing views. Our room had a beautiful view across the lake and pool. The staff were very helpful especially Adam in the dining room who couldn't do enough for us. He kept us entertained with his extra friendly attitude. Also impressed with his multi lingual skills. I must also say cleaner's checked to see if we wanted room cleaning each day. Reception were friendly and helpful. Food excellent. I would definitely return. Thank you all. 😊

The buffet breakfast offers a wide choice of meals
We had a skyview suite which is wonderful : view on the lake, last floor, balcony and wide bathroom
We could access the skyview solarium : so nice and quiet !
The staff is friendly and efficient
A couple of good restaurants at walking distance, otherwise, go to Saló by car, it’s 5´ driving
Very good hotel

Excellent room..clean with comfy bed and fabulous bed linen. The staff were super friendly and helpful, really made our holiday experience. The food was fantastic… plenty of choice and fresh ingredients (we were half board). We enjoyed the area and the close availability of the lake ferry jetty.

Paradise-like palace for travellers to 🇮🇹 .ITALY. Been here for but three days and it's certainly an 💡 ideal stop for the lover of luxury and quiet comfort in an age of congregational holidays. Here, you can relax in the knowledge that each day the pleasure in finding such quantity of solace has turned to one's advantage. Minor worries like the effect of landing in a taxi in the rain needs a bit more resolving and the dominance of this entity over smaller local enterprise also needs looking at ... but by and large you'll be hard pit to find fault with this magnificent hotel.

Have just returned from staying at this beautiful place and I couldn't recommend it enough. Great and friendly service, great food and it allows dogs so you get to meet loads of happy furry faces! The views are breathtaking. Hoping to return in a few years.

This hotel does not deserve some of the negative reviews we read prior to our stay. The staff were very helpful, our room was perfect, the hotel was clean and above all the food was fantastic. I enjoyed use of the gym and pools, and the options for boat trips on the lake were plentiful. Some really good places to eat nearby as we were half board and there was really nothing bad to say about the hotel or location. Would 100% recommend

Great place to stay, very good food and drinks. Rooms need a small refurbishment but are clean and ok.
Near to beach, rock bottom but nice to swim in the lake. No trouble with sun beds.
Great staff, very helpful.

We stayed here for 2 days in mid-May, and the whole experience was wonderful! We were greeted and checked-in very quickly and easily. The room overlooked Lake Garda and the balcony was big and great for spending the mornings and evenings. The room was updated, and everything was in great condition. Super friendly staff and great location, right on the water. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Just got back from our honeymoon. This hotel is 5 star as far as we are concerned. The food was amazing with so much choice and menu changed every day. The room was lovely with a great view of the lake. But the staff, just wow, I have never been so looked after, they went above and beyond on several occasions. Massive thank you to Francesco who literally spoilt us rotten. Also a huge thanks to David, Kai, Eveline, Natalie and Roberta. They all made our memories of this holiday outstanding.

The whole experience was fabulous. Beautiful lake views from rooms. Welcoming friendly staff. Spotlessly clean rooms every day and huge range of meal combinations on half board. Located 4 minutes flat walk from Portese ferry. The location is very quiet which is what we wanted away from town and nightlife noise. Relaxed and peaceful.

Love this hotel. Beautiful bedroom with patio facing out to lake and lovely garden outside patio can walk down to swimming pool. Love the food . Great selection of different things and free beer and lovely red and white wine with dinner.

Great experience. The location was stunning with good food and accommodating staff. The pools were clean and the spa was very relaxing. Will definitely be returning.
