Royal Garden Hotel

Great hotel! Is a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of Milan. Metro station, a huge mall, and a stadium are all within walking distance.

Hot and cold food for breakfast and probably the best pork I've ever had at the Blue Crab restaurant. Really good drinks at the Captain's Bar. Even have its 2 glasses of ice and 2 bottles of water to take back up to our room for 2 euro as it was 34° out. Thankfully, the rooms are nice and cool.

Didn't get to explore the grounds much due to the heat and the mosquitoes outside. But if I were to return to Milan (not in July), I wouldn't even look at another hotel, I'd return here.

The hotel’s location is perfect, situated in the heart of Tsim sha shui making it convenient to explore the local attractions. The concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations for local sights and dining options.

The facilities were also impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the spa offered a range of relaxing treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every aspect of my stay.

Overall, my experience at royal Garden hotel exceeded all expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and prime location make it a perfect choice for anyone visiting hongkong. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience.

After reading the negative reviews, I was concerned about staying here, but thankfully I have had an absolutely pleasant time.

The hotel and rooms are not "old" it's a classic style and they are renovating but it's still super pleasant to stay here. The employees are not rude, they are professional and pleasant to talk to.

I did have one or two bugs in my room, but a simple opening the window for a while few minutes and one was gone, the other I had to squish and dispose of. Sure it's not perfect to deal with, but it's absolutely easy to fix

The room can be extremely warm, but simply turn off the heat at your thermostat, open the window for a few minutes, and bring a small USB fan to plug into the wall, and it makes the room extremely comfortable.

Hotel is very close to the metro, and a short drive from a large supermarket and a large shopping mall is nearby as well.

While I can see the warmer months being a little bit of a challenge, staying in fall, winter or spring shouldn't be a problem as long as you come prepared.

The interior lobby was aesthetically pleasing, and the room size surpassed the typical standards found in Italian/European hotels, even including a couch for added comfort. The bed provided a good level of comfort, and the spacious bathroom was a notable feature.

Regrettably, the presence of numerous mosquitos inside the room proved to be quite troublesome. Despite our efforts, we encountered three mosquitos before bedtime and suffered multiple bites overnight, experiencing firsthand the persistence of Italian mosquitos. Moreover, the inconvenience of a clogged shower and difficulty in regulating the room temperature added to the challenges.

In addition, the level of friendliness displayed by the staff fell short of expectations. These issues collectively diminished the overall experience of our stay.

Even if is “far” from Milano (direct metro -15 minutes from Duomo), the hotel is amazing, with nice view, beautiful garden, space and nice restaurant. The room was big, clean and comfortable.

Great hotel ... Great room .. nice view .. quite! It is a bit outside the city center but there is a metro station nearby.. also there is a free parking for your car. Great breakfast!!! Recommended!!!

I stayed there for work in Milanofiori zone and it was perfect. Great rooms and service. Not sure if you want to stay here for visiting Milan City
