I'm gonna say i'm satysfied bc I like everything about this place. You get served at the table if you want and the drinks are delicious.
The prices are ok.

In the heart of Folgaria, the chalet-like John Caffè is a classy, trendy and modern restaurant, lounge, cocktail bar and outstanding resort of pastries (The 1997 World Pastry Cup winner Luigi Biasetto is here offering his famous “Setteveli” Chocolate sponge cake). Very center of the village posh nightlife with relaxing live piano music and the affiliated “Il John” club, for late nights parties; A must for your winter holidays in the Alpe Cimbra region;

John Café is located in such an unlikely spot –tiny Folgaria, way up in the Dolomites above Rovereto - it could go unrecognized, except for its brilliance. Run by a Michelin-starred chef, an ace maître de, and smart-as-hell owners, John Café is a bit of a miracle in the sky. It’s a destination restaurant, but complete serendipity to most of us.

The restaurant’s feel is pluperfect; windows over the mountains; plush, cushy leather settees, and a kind of cosmopolitan crispness utterly unexpected in an alpine village.

The tasting menu of Chef Paolo Cappuccio’s design is knock-out. Each bite, down to the morsel, is perfection. Dishes are microscopically designed and almost too pretty to eat. First is squid on puree of pea, served on a funny little art deco plate. (In fact, serving dishes are chosen according to the food. Such is the attention to detail. I’ve never seen anything rivaling the presentation.) Next, a dish which opens with a poof of wood smoke, like a sorcerer made it, is beef tartare topped with parmesan, egg, anchovy and a perfect little pecan – Dijon and chocolate drawn across the plate. Then, salmon with tear-drop of cream cheese, topped with caviar. Fungi, shrimp, prawns with risotto precede pork that melts in your mouth. The final dish – ‘Black and White’ – squid in ink topped with potato puree, is so deliciously rich, I don't have words to describe it.

A visit to Café John is worth every bit of the travel and is an experience you’ll want to repeat. I’m just stunned by the whole evening.

Piccola sosta caffè ma … grande scoperta in centro a Folgaria in un locale caratteristico con un buonissimo strudel fatto in casa. Consigliato da provare! 👍🏼🔝

Personale accogliente e davvero gentile.
Non ho provato il ristorante ma si dice che è davvero qualcosa di speciale.
Non mancherà occasione di provare.

Hotel con suites situato in pieno centro storico , le suites sono molto confortevoli spaziose e arredate in modo caldo ed accogliente con spa privata in camera...l'hotel dispone di bar per colazioni aperitivi e dopo cena e ristorante gourmet, secondo me il meglio che possiate trovare a Folgaria....piangerete quando ve ne andrete....

Un appuntamento immancabile con la bontà e la cortesia cimbra! La stua e le specialità meritano una sosta. Dalle ampie vetrate si gode di un'ottima vista sulle montagne e sullo struscio del paese. L' arredo dona all'ambiente una luce particolare, rilassante e familiare. Il calore del legno ed i colori caldi del locale favoriscono l'incontro. Grande John!

Bellissimo caffè nella zona pedonale di Folgaria ci sono stata sia nella pasticceria per una cioccolata calda con torta buonissime entrambe, sia per un aperitivo ed hanno un ottima scelta di vini.
Il locale è abbastanza grande curatissimo ed accogliente, il personale gentile e disponibile i prodotti ottimi lo consiglio sicuramente è stata una piacevole scoperta

Ci sono stato in diverse occasioni, sia a colazione, sia per l'aperitivo, tutto molto buono. Locale molto elegante e curato. Prezzi in linea con gli altri locali del paese.
