Delicious ice cream, authentic flavor. Never tasted better Pistachio ice cream before. Full of flavor, made with origin ingredients, the origin of each ingredient is listed on a plate on the right hand side of the ordering-window.

Fruit sorbet is delicious, you could immediately tell which flavor you are tasting. Nothing artificial.

It supposed to be the best ice cream shop in town. They are surely special. They listing the origins of all the ingredient they use and many of the are the finest. There is always a line in the evenings but you can take a number and it goes very fast. Some say it is too sweet but you can not deny that the taste is really good.

The best ice cream of my life. I have had plenty of ice cream all over Europe, USA etc. And this was next level. Champagne and pine nuts, the taste and fizz of the moet champagne was palpable. The zabaglione had a clear taste of Marsala wine. The cherry was intend. Every flavour we tried was amazing.

For me this was the most sophisticated gelato in Castiglione. I also like that you can get for flavors in separate little containers so that everything doesn’t get mixed up together. So, the best selection of interesting flavors in town.
